The racism is an important problem of Australia as well as other countries. The main purpose of
this paper is to discuss fairness, justice, and equality in Australia in light of the statement that
"The land of the fair go is an illusion for many migrants." This has been discussed through the
use of relevant research sources collected through secondary research. Moreover, the experience
of Australian migrants is also judged to evaluate their views towards racism practices in
Australia. This paper is covered several aspects of Australian racism. For example, it defined
racism status in Australia, current racism measures of government and others as well. This paper
will become a right source of providing the significant knowledge about racism to the target
audience. It is because the paper is disclosed each important racism aspect in favor of Australia.
Moreover, it is right to say that the racism brings the reason of unbalanced economic
development as well as the death of different individuals who are suffering from this problem.
The prevalence of racism did influence not only the Australia reputation but also its goodwill and
image in the eyes of other countries. This may hamper its growth and overall development in
coming years.

Racism in Australia can see in each field whether it is related to children or youngsters. A

color, and ethnic origin. Most of the experts disclose the reason of growing racism is economic
uncertainty which is totally wrong. The events like current political leadership and surge in
asylum seeker boat arrivals want to weaken parts of the Racial Discrimination Act (Cole, 2016).
Due to this, the racism is growing in Australia day by day. The racism in Australia can find at
each level like children, sports, workplaces, citizens, and volunteers. One in five migrant living
is Austria have experienced racism abuse. During the last some years, 1 in 5 people living in
Australia was a target of racial discrimination. Moreover, Dandy (2015) has been described that
Australia has become a culture of denial when it measures as per racism. This denial in Australia

countries, migrants are exploited very badly. This does not mean only losses the confidence of
the migrants but also influence their mindset. Wood (2017) said that the racism equality is one of
the foremost aspects in front of Australia to focus. But, discrimination by race has become a big

proportion of Australian population is covered by the European migrants. Therefore, they face
mental and physical exploitation from their employers and other society members. Due to this,
they feel disappointed and do not want to become the part of the country for more time.

happens due to the poor mentality of Australian citizens as well as the corporate sectors. The

needs to understand the perception and requirement of each migrant as well as local citizens to
prevent their exploitation and plan the further growth of the country. That's why it is right to say
that racism equality brings a lot of growth opportunities for the success of a country.
The racism justice is also prevailing in Australia. In order to prevent the racism in Australia, the
government has done a lot of changes in its existing legislation as well as the living system.
These changes have occurred late 1960 and come with successful outcomes ("Racial equality and

Commission", 2012). The racism changes that performs by the Australian government includes;
equal pay cases, policies, and legislation in favor of migrants as well as local citizens to promote
equal employment opportunity, and residential standards. The main motive of government
behind these changes is to promote justice against racism in Australia. With the help of these
initiatives, the government wants to promote the racism equality in Australia that further comes

corporate sector that most of the women and aboriginal workers get the less salary than the local

in Australia.
Furthermore, Jonason (2015) said that the Australian government also framed the second type of
legislation that has been labeled as affirmative action in Australia. The government framed this
legislation by using affirmative action but creating a system that is unique to North America.
Therefore, it is right to say that the Australian government took a lot of initiatives in favor of
racism justice. The government does this to promote the satisfaction of migrants so that they can
contribute towards the development of the nation. The major legislation framed by the Australian

microscope," 2017). This act related to women as well as three different individuals which
includes aboriginals, migrants, and Torres Strait Islanders. This act is created with the sole
purpose of promoting racism justice in Australia.
Moreover, another important issue is fairness regards racism in Australia. Gelber (2016) said that
the fairness among government legislation and policies of corporate as well as government sector
in favor of migrants remain fair to plan high GDP growth. In Australia, fairness in racism
activities cannot see anywhere. It is because most of the corporate sector and other society
members do not give the right important to legislation and country policies. They just believe in

the fairness among these legislations becomes the foremost factor of the improved image of
Australia in other countries. Therefore, it can be said that the government should focus on the

can plan the effective implementation of legislation in each region of the country.
The above-mentioned evaluation of the equality, justice, and fairness in Australia, it can be said
that the racism requires huge efforts not only from government but also from society. Therefore,
it can be recommended that Australia should promote the satisfaction of migrants with respect,
honor, and equal rights. This awards the country an increment in existing economic growth as
well as goodwill.
Conclusion
After studying all this, it can be concluded that the Australian needs practical initiatives that
solve racism problem in an effective manner. This can effectively perform by the equal
contributions of the Australian government as well as society members. On the basis of migrant's
experience, it can be concluded that they face high racism in Australia especially at workplaces.
Therefore, it can be concluded that the corporate sector should also adopt the mechanism of
equal pay as well as equal rights to promoting country efficiency in comparison to others. With
