health. Moreover, the emotional and social support is important factor to deal with the such stress

Readjustment Rating Scale was designed. It is generally a self-assessment tool used for
determining the level of stress in individual's life. Through assessing scale, it can effectively
measure level of stress by assigning various life change units towards life events which can
typically need some alterations consisting some positive events also (Wang & et. al., 2021).
