composed to the circumferential tonsillar ring which is also called as Waldyer’s ring that
contain the palatine tonsil which is known as faucial tonsil, adenoid that is also known as
nasopharyngeal tonsil and tubal tonsil.
It is majorly analysed that when the doctor and patient discussed about the aspect of
tonsil then they usually discussed with the palatine tonsil that is located at the back of
throat which is associated between the two palatine arches that is known as pillar.
The tonsil usually plays vital role in the immunity and also with the body defence against
the infection and pathogen. The immunologic function of the tonsil is usually noteworthy.
The antigen is usually inhaled or taken then the tonsil positioned toward the exposure
which used to create the formulation of lymphokines and immunoglobulins.
The predominately the B cell of the lymphoid tissue is play in serving of tonsil is that
they are facing the proper aspect of immunity.

capturing of antigen cell which is referred as M cell. These cell are usually show the
aspect which permit the capture of antigen that is generated by the microorganism. The M
cell is usually show the recognition of antigen that usually activate the T and B cell of
tonsil and trigger the immune response.
In response with the B cell, when stimulation, replication in germinal areas of the tonsil is
well analyse. In this, the germinal centre, the B memory cell are usually mature and they
are store for the repeated of exposure to the same antigen.
In addition, the B cell also used to produce the IgA which is defined as antibody that
usually play vital role in the immune function for the mucus.
