People work to attain their basic needs and to grow in their life. Working class people also
become independent which enables them to control their own life. Working makes them learn
many things and gives different level of exposures which helps them in developing their skills
and personal relations. Working people by way of working contributes to the society. People
working for long develops their personality and interaction skills determined by a combination of
working environmental factor. therefore it is necessary to encourage and develop healthy and
friendly work culture so that more people can come and work.

Motivation is a mental process which excites a person to do something which he desires to do.
Motivation derives from an energy within the person which reflects his particular way of
behaviour toward any situation or a condition.
According to Maslow's Hierarchy theory, is a theory based on Psychology, this theory portrays
about the four needs of an individual on a scale at which it places fundamental needs at bottom
and self actualization at the top. Based on the psychological needs it further explains that a
individual expects and desires the most basic needs first for himself,then can only he could think
of any residual needs. Therefore, for any individual it is imperative for his satisfaction that his
psychological needs must have met first. Psychological needs are nothing but a social security
which he seeks to established in order to make his living with his loved ones and other material
belongings. Maslow further clarifies that if any person attempts to strive beyond the stage of
basic needs with the purpose to obtain betterment which is a situation falls within a term called
“Meta- Motivation”. A person might get depressed or tensed if fails to meet this needs.
Extrinsic and Intrinsic Motivation
provided that both the above mentioned motivation match with Maslow's Hierarchy theory. As
akin to the theory both are adaptable except in uncertain situations and events.
