Answer:
Considering the identified conflicts present in the workplace, it is very essential to
maintain a safe environment for the employs which are present within the workplace. It has
been noticed that our employer is highly effective to provide safe environment to us by
conducting training and awareness programs into the organizational structure that helps to
keep the workplace safe and free from any sort of significant threat.

relation to Safeguarding within the workplace?
Answer:
In the field of workplace safeguarding, there are several factors present which are
highly related to this. Making allowance to this aspect it has been identified that workplace
safeguarding is highly related to the health condition of the employ, safety factors of the
employ, factors that influences discriminations as well as the significance of abuse.

relation to prevent extremism and radicalization within the workplace?
Answer:
For the prevention of extremism in the workplace, it is known that religion,
ideological, political as well as the worldwide religious community hold a major impact upon
it.
Along with this, while preventing radicalization, it is identified that there is a huge
significance of need, narrative and network that influences the workplace environment.

While analysing the relation British values, it has been identified that this is a practice
of mutual respect, faith and democracy. The primary objective behind the adoption of this
rule is to maintain workplace equality and safety. Considering this aspect, it can be stated
that in order to implement this practice into the organizational structure the employer must
explain the detail of this rule which will help to maintain safety within the organization.

Answer
It is very essential to stay safe at the workplace as this will help the staffs to enhance
their working processes and productivity. It has been identified that it is also essential to
understand the workplace risk and stress is to be eliminated caused by those identified risk.
Along with this, ignorance of stooping and taking regular break will also help to stay safe. It
is even important to follow the aids while operating any machines in the workplace.

While analysing the workplace conflicts it has been identified that bullying,
harassment as well as abuse hold a major significance upon the work environment. It is
identified that in order to avoid or prevent these identified conflicts, the organization has
taken several major actions which includes the adoption of zero tolerance policy, awareness

worker, what would you do?
Answer:
Welfare is one of the most discussed topic nowadays. Various concerns related to
welfare may significantly impact the working efficiency of the organization. Hence, if any
conflict related to welfare arises, I would definitely talk to that co-worker or I would surely
discuss my concern with my supervisors. Then I will try to understand the issues and then try
to resolve with the best of my capacity.

substance/alcohol misuse?
Answer:
In order to reduce the influence of the alcohol misuse and substance, the employer has
taken several initiatives that includes the adoption of the policy in which it has effectively
specified the rules and regulations. Followed by the adoption of the policy, it has then
monitored its effectiveness and the employer has also adopted the screening and testing for
the employ.

Answer:
Followed by the above discussion, it has been noticed that in an organization there is a
huge necessity of first aiders as they will help to maintain safe workplace environment. It has

Question 10: What are the company expectations about your behaviour in
work, is there a code of conduct?
Answer:
While analysing this concern, it has been identified that the primary expectation from
the employ is that staff must report the office according to their schedule. Along with this,
performing their assigned work is also one of the major responsibilities of the worker.
Employers expect that the adopted regulations and the policies will be obeyed by the employ
of the company.

consider to be the main threats from the internet?

In order to be safe at online, it is very essential to create a complex password.
Boosting the network is also very essential. Followed by this, it is essential to obey safe
shopping and surfing policies.
Considering this aspect it has been noticed that there are several threats present while
using internet. Those threats includes the possibilities of malware attacks, phishing, and data
privacy as well as the loss of financial data.
