generally called as ''small'' so that they can take government assistance for their growth and
development. This project report is based on ''Unicorn Grocery'' which is co-operative grocery
mercantile establishment, situated in Manchester, England. It sales various organic products like
fresh and dried food/drinks. It has approx. 21 acres of urbanized flourishing land. There have
been many approaches to improve the performance and operations of this small business
enterprise.. Along with this, various strengths and weaknesses of this company has been
explained to overcome its market challenges and to enhance its growth in workplace.
