INTRODUCTION
Arrangement in activities which can manage them in a proper manner can support to the
organisation manage a business project. Each and every entity is having different projects in the
business rather than business activities so it is essential for them to manage all of the business
activities with business projects (Zimmerman, 2011). Many of the big structured organisations
are using management in the business activities and as well as in their business projects which
supports to them to attain their business objectives and as well as their projects aims also. Most
of the companies are having CSR projects which can help to the company to provide social
benefits to them which are having relation. The present report is based on the CSR activities
which can enhance the values and ethics in the organisation. The present report is based Unicorn
grocery which is a small scale grocery store. They are having an aim to improve health and
safety in the organisation so they are conducting CSR activities in the organisation. This report
is containing aims and objectives of the CSR and management plan to attain these objectives.
After it WBS and Gantt chart which can help to the managers to analyse the activities and
progress of the project as per the idol time line. A primary research method can be helpful for the
grocery store to improve their work place as per the needs of the employees. At the last it is
having it is having a review own the research on the basis of the objectives and learning.
P1 Aims and Objectives of the project of Unicorn Grocery
Topic: To analyse the areas for CSR implementation to enhance productivity of employees, a
case study based on the Unicorn Grocery.
As the Unicorn grocery is having a target to improve their workplace conditions and
management is having target to provide better healthy and safe working environment for the
employees. In the first managers and leaders has to make a detailed inspection of the workplace
to make a list of the types of risks which can make an impact on the employees health and safety
(Yeoh, Koronios and Gao, 2008). So they have to manage their CSR activities as per these aims:
Increase performance: Management wants to improve working conditions which can
support to the employees to perform more better and as well as it can motivates them to
work more for the organisation.
Improve employee’s loyalty: Management wants to improve the loyalty and faith of the
people which are working in the organisation, it can help to the managers to enhance the

productivity and improve the workings of the employees which is beneficial for the
organisation and as well as for the employees also.
Aim of this project:
It is essential to identify areas in which organisation can implement CSR activities which
can help to them to enhance the productivity and capture more market share.
Objectives of the projects are also given under here;
Better healthy environment for work: managers are having a implication in this project to
provide a healthy working environment to the employees which are working in the organization,
it can help to the organisation to retain their employees in the organisation for the long time
(Stead, Worrell and Stead, 2010). It can reduce number of employees which are working in an
unscheduled way it can help to the company to improve the workings and as well as their
performance of the different teams.
Productivity: This project is having object to increase productivity of the employees working in
the organisation, as they are working on the medium level so it is essential for the Unicorn
Grocery to improve their productivity by providing better services and customer assistance. By
ensuring the employees on health and safety issues company can get more productivity from the
employees and they can increase their performance also.
Specific objectives of this report:
To identify areas to conduct CSR activities in the Unicorn Grocery.
To analyse the needs of improving productivity of employees in the company.
To determine the relationship between CSR and employee productivity in the Unicorn
Grocery.
So these are some objectives and aims of the project and CSR activities by which
company wants to provide better working conditions with proper healthy and safety checks. So
they have to, make a proper plan on these aims and objectives to attain them in the particular
time period which determines the success of the project (O’Sullivan, 2012). So management has
to make a proper analysis of the employees to make better strategy for the development of on
health and safety issues.
