INTRODUCTION
Arrangement in activities which can manage them in a proper manner can support to the
organisation manage a business project. Each and every entity is having different projects in the
business rather than business activities so it is essential for them to manage all of the business
activities with business projects (Zimmerman, 2011). Many of the big structured organisations
are using management in the business activities and as well as in their business projects which
supports to them to attain their business objectives and as well as their projects aims also. Most
of the companies are having CSR projects which can help to the company to provide social
benefits to them which are having relation. The present report is based on the CSR activities
which can enhance the values and ethics in the organisation. The present report is based Unicorn
grocery which is a small scale grocery store. They are having an aim to improve health and
safety in the organisation so they are conducting CSR activities in the organisation. This report
is containing aims and objectives of the CSR and management plan to attain these objectives.
After it work break down structure and Gantt chart which can help to the managers to analyse the
activities and progress of the project as per the idol time line. A primary research method can be
helpful for the grocery store to improve their work place as per the needs of the employees. At
the last it is having it is having a review own the research on the basis of the objectives and
learning.
P1 Aims and Objectives of the project of Unicorn Grocery
As the Unicorn grocery is having a target to improve their workplace conditions and
management is having target to provide better healthy and safe working environment for the
employees. So it is essential for them to analyse the needs of the employees in health and safety.
In the first managers and leaders has to make a detailed inspection of the workplace to make a

and objectives to give a direction to this project. So they have to manage their CSR activities as

which are having risk of electric shock to them to so it is essential for the managers to make sure
that all of the machines and electric equipments are shock proof. 70% of employees have said
that they are having a risk of electric shock during the work so it is essential for the managers to
make a secure work place for the employees.
