INTRODUCTION
Project planning is part of project management that is related to the usage of schedules
such as Gantt charts to plan and subsequently report progress within the project environment.
One of the key to successful project is project planning (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017). While
undertaking any project the first thing that one should do crating a plan for project. In the project
plan all the work related to the project such project schedule, project goals, project deliverables
etc., needs to be mentioned. Unicorn is a small-retailer company in UK. The products such as
grocery items are provided by this company. In this report a project will be planned for a small
business location and expansion in Kennington.
