organisation. Chosen company for this repost is Unilever, which deal in consumer goods. This
report is going to determine how company can responsibly and sustainably and ethically manage
micro and macro factors of environment.

Business activities and functioning is changing drastically nowadays. Companies are
performing and operating in different ways than they use to do previously. Unilever has adopt
new and innovative technology for survival as well as growth of business. For effective and
efficient working of business it is very important to change with the change in environment
factors. By understanding environment and adopting changes in business environment, it will
help Unilever to operate business activities globally. While expanding business globally it is also
very important to consider corporate social responsibility of organisation. It is duty of every
organisation to fulfil corporate social responsibility and company must adhere to these
responsibility in a global business environment (Berger and et.al., 2015). Unilever use many
resource of society in overall functioning of business, so it is responsibility of business to
perform all activities in ethical way. Business ethics followed by Unilever includes moral
guidelines to conduct business operations based on what is right and wrong for organisation as
well as society or environment. Corporate social responsibility can be conducting marketing and
production activities of Unilever products in such a manner which avoids cause to environmental
pollution or exhausting finite world resources.
