INTRODUCTION
The aim of the report is to make future planning and decision for making career planning in
Unilever as marketing assistant. Key skills and knowledge which are identified for the job role
are having time management skill, having excellent punctuality and attendance, having good
practical skills and strong planning, manual handling and practical skills (Hirsch and et.al.,
2018).
The report will analyze personal analysis which will help in making framework through
which strengths and weaknesses. Along with this, Career Action Plan will be framed which will
help in evaluating weaknesses and strategies through which they can be improved at large scale
for future and career to be developed. Furthermore, Curriculum Vitae (CV) will be prepared for
job role of marketing assistant.
MAIN BODY
Personal Analysis
It is very important for me to analyze and evaluate my skills and knowledge through the
personal analysis which is being framed. This will help me in knowing my strengths and
weaknesses which I possess. With the help of personal analysis, I will be able to develop career
action plan which will help me in gaining skills which are important in maintaining the basis
through which all the essential requirements are to be considered at large scale. There are
currently several skills which I posses. For doing the job of marketing assistant in Unilever there
are various skills and knowledge which I need to posses so as to make my job role more effective
and efficient. There are various other methods which will help me in improving my job role by
making it more effective and significant. Furthermore, I will also be able to analyze what kind of
skills and knowledge will be required by me so that I perfectly deliver my job role by being
marketing assistant.
Along with this, the major thing which I need to learn is that how effective and in efficient
manner the skills and knowledge will be possessed by me in the future while delivering the job
role of being marketing assistant. This will help me grow in my career and will develop the skills
and knowledge of how basic and in effective forms my skills and knowledge are being utilized at
large scale (Dominici, 2017). Hence, I found that currently I own management and
organizational skills which are the key strengths for me personally and will help me in framing

my career. Along with this, the marketing tools which will be utilized in job profile of being
marketing assistant is also known. Along with this, the marketing skills for product are also
being owned which helps me in framing my being marketing assistant career at large scale
(Doan, 2018). For making my job role of being a marketing assistant effective, I carried my own
self evaluation process which will help me in knowing the scale through which all possible
aspects will determine the basis through which being marketing assistant at Unilever will keep
my job profile updated.
One of the key skills and strengths which I posses is that I incur great communication skills
which helps me in communicating and interacting with the people in effective and efficient
manner. This helps me interacting and communicating with the other people as the job profile is
of being marketing assistant and this helps me taking concern of how things are analyzed and
evaluated for knowing purpose and basis through which all me when becoming marketing
assistant will have to deliver (Phadermrod and et.al., 2019).This skill of communication will help
my job role work in an easy and effective manner which will help me contribute to myself more
effectively and in manner which will incur the best of what I possess. I also inhibit the quality of
learning new things which helps me in knowing more about myself and through these major
changes which are to be incurred are also possessed. Further interacting with clients and
customers by being marketing assistant will help me in making my career and personality
improve and enhance towards the changes which will take place (Herman, 2017).
Apart from this, there are various weaknesses which are to be improved for being marketing
assistant. The major part of my weakness is that I lack punctuality as this should be the main
skill which I should possess. I also lack practical skills in which I find difficulty in analyzing the
major skills and knowledge about the market and its trends which are to be analyzed and
evaluated. I also have poor time management skills and this creates problem for me for which I
am unable to create value for work I need to focus upon as this is major aspect throughout.
Therefore, with the help of personal analysis, I am able to analyze and evaluate my strengths and
weaknesses which I posses and this helps me in knowing what are the changes which are to be
done in effective and efficient manner possible to attain the job role of being marketing assistant
at Unilever.

In order to overcome my weakness and cover my loopholes, I need to develop certain
knowledge and skills which are to be required by me for development and growth in my career
and this will help me in initiating changes towards my weaknesses and convert them into

manner. With the help of this career action plan which is being framed, the main aim of the
marketing research is that it helps in making and framing the basis through which all the skills
are developed and this helps in making the job role of being a marketing assistant perfect with
the analysis through which all the aspects are being seen and driven for analyzing and
acknowledging the strategies which are being framed for the improvement of how the tasks are
being taken into consideration at large scale.

CONCLUSION
Thus, it is concluded from the above report that personal analysis helped in making
framework through which strengths and weaknesses were known. Along with this, Career Action
Plan was framed which helped in evaluating weaknesses and strategies through which they can
be improved at large scale for future and career to be developed. Furthermore, Curriculum Vitae
(CV) was prepared for job role of marketing assistant which included all basic information which
was required at large scale. Thus, through all above information essential requirements for job
role were fulfilled with major changes to be taken place effectively and efficiently.
