Internal and external factor plays a crucial
role in an organisation because it affects
performance of company. Unilever is a
public company which provides consumer
goods. It was founded in the year 1929 and
headquarter is in London, England.
Internal factor
Internal factors are present within the
organisation and it can be controlled.
Swot analysis is done to identify internal
factors that are present within company.
Swot (Strength, weakness, opportunity and
threat) of company so that plans can be
made. Unilever company is providing
unique products and more profit is earned
(Srakar and Verbič, 2018). Weakness of
company is that they are not having proper
structure. Opportunity is that they can
expand their business in other country.
Threat for company is increasing

External factor
External factors are present outside
organisation. There are factors which
affect performance of company like,
political, economic, social,
