multinational consumer goods company. Company produce various products such as food energy
drink, cleaning agents, ice cream, beauty products and personal care products.

will examine role of leader and function of manager is differing in different situation within the
company using examples. Situational leadership, system leadership and contingency are different
theories which help to leaders and manager for taking better decision at workplace will also
discussing in report. The report will explain approaches of management operation with role of
