management of Unilever. It is a transnational consumer company which majority deals with four
segments health care, cleaning agents, beauty, food & Beverages, personal care. Further in this
report will be discuss about the roles and responsibilities of operation manager. Along with that,
study also explaining the different situations by which managers affect decision making.
However, it also explains range of theories and concepts such as situational leadership, system
leadership and contingency leadership theories.

needs to manage the work according (Laudon and Laudon, 2016). Managers must also train a
