will effectively aid in ensuring as well a maintaining strong relationship among employees as it has been evaluated that women

has been determined that 20 out of 50 respondents are strongly agree and said that this programme will effectively help in maintaining
string form of relationship as if women's are provided with equal form of opportunities then it automatically increases sense of job

the significant assistant of this programme organisation can maximise roles and responsibilities of women workers within entity
workplace premises that automatically lead towards enhancing their pay scale. It significantly increases opportunities for organisation
to manage strong relation among employees. By evaluating this has been identified that 5 out of 50 respondents are neutral, other 5 are
disagree and remaining 5 out of respondents strongly disagree with this fact. As they did not posses much knowledge related to
advantages and benefits of this programme for organisation.

employees. On the other hand, 20 out of 50 respondents agree with the same statement as they believe that by offering flexibility to
old age employees entity can retain their experienced candidates for long period of time. While other 5 respondents out of 50 are

The managements department use project managements procure in order to build their project, for this purpose, they use project
planning, project launching implementation, ad feedback these steps are help in starting and ending of business project. For
identifying the fact of the project of equity on employers, primary and secondary date are collected by using source of observation,
interview in order of identifying the effect of this project on identifying perception of employers toward diversity and equity.

positive and negative way. Also, these findings help in developing recommendations and suggestions for the management team so
they can develop positive outcomes effectively (Turker and Altuntas, 2014). All the information gathered by researchers from the
survey method is required to be adopted as well as examined in a detail manner so that proper outcome will be developed by the
management team related to the topic.

the recommendations are given to the higher authorities of Unilever are going to be discussed as follows:
The first and most essential recommendation given to the higher authorities of Unilever is that they must adopt all the legal
acts and legislations such as Equality Act, 2010 in order to create equal opportunities to each and every person at the
workplace. Apart from this, it will assist them in order to motivate so that they can perform all their functions and operation in
an effective and appropriate manner.
Unilever needs to treat all their staff members whether new or old in equal manner and provide equal opportunity to them so
that they can easily attain their predefined targets and objectives.
Furthermore, it is also very necessary for the higher authorities to involve their workers in their decision making process so
they feel the part of the business entity and provide their contribution in the development and growth of the company
(Boserup, Tan and Toulmin, 2013). This as a result assist them in grabbing opportunities available at the marketplace and leads
towards the enhancement of profitability and revenue of the company.

To execute the current research in an effective and appropriate way, it becomes very important for the investigator to adopt
appropriate methods which assist them in order gather all the data and information in systematic manner related to the specific topic.
For conducting the research and gathering information in a right manner, it becomes essential to adopt both primary and secondary
data collection method (Hoejmose and Adrien-Kirby, 2012). For this, primary and secondary both methods are used by researcher
where in context of primary questionnaires is formulated and on the other hand in relation to secondary method, books, journals,
online websites and many other sources are used by researcher in the present report.
While doing the investigation for Unilever, it has been observed by me that there are various issues, challenges and problems
faced by the employees while doing business operations at the workplace related to equality and diversity . In order to eliminate the
issues and problems faced by employees, there are some recommendations given to the top management team of the company which
are as follows:
It is said that management team of Unilever need to product training and development session to their staff members so they
can develop knowledge and understanding about the equality and diversity practices.
The higher authorities of the business entity need to interact with their employees on a regular basis so they can analyse
the issues and problems faced by them in an appropriate and effective manner.

been also been discussed about different strategies associated to manage the diversified culture at the workplace. For this, effective
aim and objectives has been developed with the help of which whole report get a structure (Stromquist and Monkman, 2014). It has
also been identified that by adopting questionnaires method that this is the most difficult and time consuming task which requires lot
of efforts and time in order to complete the whole research appropriately. On the basis of my own learning, it can be said that I have
lot of things from this investigation the main among them are several skills such as communication, leadership skill, time
management, presentation, team working, collaboration, decision making, problem solving, critical thinking and many others (Idowu
and et. al., 2013). Along with this, development of these skills will help them out in conducting more effective research in the near
future. In addition to this, having effective command over these skills would definitely help me out in enhances chances of my
professional growth that would contribute in attaining success in the near future effectively.
M4 Value of the project management process and use of quality research to meet stated objectives and support own learning and
performance
This is the time of research, it has been observed by me that project management plan is quite essential for conducting the
whole research in a successful manner (Lasserre, 2017 ). With the help of gathering and collecting all the information in a
systematic manner, all the activities will comes in a proper manner and produce positive outcomes.
CONCLUSION
With the assistance of above mentioned investigation, it is concluded that equality and diversity plays very crucial role in the
growth and development of a business entity as employees need to feel safe and secure while doing their business functions. This is
the report, which requires effective strategies and policies with the help of which employees will be retained at the company for longer
period of time. Along with this, after examining the whole research, it has been concluded that questionnaire is the method which is

The first and most essential recommendation given to the higher authorities of Unilever is that they must adopt all the legal
acts and legislations such as Equality Act, 2010 in order to create equal opportunities to each and every person at the
workplace. Apart from this, it will assist them in order to motivate so that they can perform all their functions and operation in
an effective and appropriate manner.
Unilever needs to treat all their staff members whether new or old in equal manner and provide equal opportunity to them so
that they can easily attain their predefined targets and objectives.
Furthermore, it is also very necessary for the higher authorities to involve their workers in their decision making process so
they feel the part of the business entity and provide their contribution in the development and growth of the company
(Boserup, Tan and Toulmin, 2013). This as a result assist them in grabbing opportunities available at the marketplace and leads
towards the enhancement of profitability and revenue of the company.
M3 Evaluate the selection of appropriate tools and techniques for accuracy and authenticity to support and justify recommendations.
To execute the current research in an effective and appropriate way, it becomes very important for the investigator to adopt
appropriate methods which assist them in order gather all the data and information in systematic manner related to the specific topic.
For conducting the research and gathering information in a right manner, it becomes essential to adopt both primary and secondary
data collection method (Hoejmose and Adrien-Kirby, 2012). For this, primary and secondary both methods are used by researcher
where in context of primary questionnaires is formulated and on the other hand in relation to secondary method, books, journals,
online websites and many other sources are used by researcher in the present report.
While doing the investigation for Unilever, it has been observed by me that there are various issues, challenges and problems
faced by the employees while doing business operations at the workplace related to equality and diversity . In order to eliminate the
issues and problems faced by employees, there are some recommendations given to the top management team of the company which
are as follows:
It is said that management team of Unilever need to product training and development session to their staff members so they
can develop knowledge and understanding about the equality and diversity practices.
The higher authorities of the business entity need to interact with their employees on a regular basis so they can analyse
the issues and problems faced by them in an appropriate and effective manner.
