INTRODUCTION
Uniform reward policy are mainly defined about describing for paining structures. It is

and forming by treating and respecting all employees with equal rights and treating every
employee and individual working in company at same level. As by providing equal rewards and
benefit on the fair basis of performance. Providing rewards to employees without discriminating
as by considering the age, colour, religion, gender as irrespective of the class and creed. Also

The company has mainly set up “My reward” collaborating with the uFlex Reward, this
platform is being set up for designing and paying employee with logic. This aids in specifying
about the logic pays, giving bonuses to employees, opinions, benefits and perks to all employees
ate same level. This software of providing the rewards of employees gives detail information
about all the employees working in the company. The personalization of the rewards system and
policy of the company is providing personalization of inputs with providing all the detail and
messages to all the employees working at different level the company is rewarding the
employees working at same level at same rewards irrespective of the age and other factors
(Unilever reaps rewards from home-grown employee benefits system, 2022). Further this rewards
policy of providing the same reward enables the employee for providing real time feedback to
the rewards provided by the company to the employees.
This reward policy of Unilever is proven to be effective because it is able to prove that it
is providing uniform rewards to employee working at same level with same responsibilities. As
th fair and fixed compensation to the employees with giving lowest grading if employees as with
providing the fixed cash and non cash benefits. Further, fulfilling all the needs of employees with
providing additional benefits. Also, the part-time employee compensation and rewarding are
based in the full time fixed compensating system. Also, the company is stating and market the
regulation of providing the rewarding for equal working with no discrimination as by fairly
reflecting on the skills, experiences and fulfilling the minimum level of standard for providing
the rewarding with minimum level of standards (Tien, 2020). This reward policy as of rewarding
the employees working in the company is regularly reviewed. Setting the rewarding policy with
the simplicity and setting the simplifying procedures helps in working and better engaging
employees for working with the fullest for serving the society with providing all the necessary
goods and various products for severing the nutrition, hygienic, beverages and personal care
products to al the consumers.

retaining the potential staff for working in the company.
