SITUATION ANALYSIS
At present scenario, IT department (UniSA) within University of South Australia is about to have
an agreement with Maverick Technology Pvt. Ltd (MavTech). The major problem which is being
faced by University is lack of students. For this it is crucial for them to adopt unique technique
through which they can fascinate more number of students as well have competitive edge among
their other competitors. In this aspect the problems and opportunities which are being faced by
UniSA are illustrated below:
Problems: University of South Australia do not have adequate number of students and to
possess them they have identify an alternative.
Opportunities: Holoportation is a technique which is rendered by MavTech that can be
utilised by UniSA. By this they can attract students and can also gain recognition for furnishing
unique methods of teaching.
The opportunities which have been provided are justified, as by making use of latest
technologies they can draw in more number of students. It will provide their students with exact
effects which will enable them to acquire accurate knowledge as well as visualise the entire
impact.

KEY MESSAGES
Holoportation is a technique which is based on ultramodern mixed reality technology which
is developed by Microsoft. This makes use of three dimensional mapping of entities of real world
for creation of 3D reconstructions that can be compacted as well as transmitted to remote
location through usage of internet. These can be projected within real time by wearing HoloLens
which are provided by Microsoft, through this the sound can be heard as well as interaction can
occur. It will lead UniSA as well as all their stakeholders to fulfill their own interest in this
project.

STRATEGIES AND TACTICS
UniSA is passionate for implementation of 3D Holoportation so that they can ensure sound
future of both organisation as well as students. All the stakeholders will be working in
collaboration so that project can be successful. For carrying out effective communication with
them certain strategies as well as tactics are adopted by UniSA for attracting different
stakeholders towards there project. They are present below:
Survey: It can be carried out to analyse entire impact of Holoportation technique as well as
analyse that how much keen people are towards this technology and what all impact it can have.
Paid medium: This is used by UniSA to make people aware about what they are about to
do. This will be in a form of tender which will be given in either newspapers like an
advertisement and bids will be taken from different suppliers of the entire project. The best can
be used by University so that the technology which they are going use can be successful. For
giving advertisements on newspapers or magazines they pay to certain amount.
Shared media: This might include social mediums like Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn to

increase their number of students by upcoming technology. This is a latest technology of which
