Literature Review
As per the view of (Savanevičienė and Vilčiauskaitė, 2017), it is very important to understand
the importance of talent management so that the organizations would be able to use them
effectively which is going to be a great factor for a long run. Right workforce is going to make
sure that the organization is being able to achieve the objectives and targets they are having for
themselves in the market so that the company will be able to gain competitive advantage for a
long run. In according to (Salau and et.al., 2018), the important of talent management is huge
because of the changes and development which is coming in the organization and has to be
maintained which is going to be a great factor for a long run. Different skills are present in each
individual and they must be analysed and developed accordingly so that there are higher
functioning and working which is going to be present.
In opinion of (Abeuova and Muratbekova‐Touron, 2019), retention and recruitment can be done
on this bases within an organization which is going to be a great factor for the overall
development of the organization so that the company will be able to develop themselves in the
market. Performance and stability in the working has to be present so that the company will be
able to operate effectively in the market and also gain competitive advantage (Edwards, 2017).
Marks and Spencer is being able to get the right attention of the customer base because they are
having good talent management of the employees which are existing in the company. Planning
and decision making is also going to be done accordingly which is good and according to the
employees of the company so that the retention level and the satisfaction of the employees is
going to increase for a longer operation (Schreuder and Noorman, 2019). Quality of
productivity and operations is also going to be higher and that is going to impact the working
and functioning so that the organization will be able to have higher sales, profitability and
standard in the market for the brand image and value.

Research approach and methodologies
Research type
There are two types of research types which are present in research methodology which are
qualitative and quantitative. The research will focus upon qualitative research so that there is
going to be higher outcomes and results which are going to be present (Davidavičienė, 2018).
Research approach
Approaches are of two types which is inductive and deductive and the report is going to be
focusing on inductive. The theories are going to be focused on so that here is a better sense of
direction which can be followed (Larshin and Lishchenko, 2018).
Research philosophy
Interpretivism, positivism and realism are few approaches which are present in research
philosophy and the focus would be on interpretivism so that there is going to be higher success
that is going to be there of the research.
Data collection
Primary and secondary data collection are two types which are present in the research projects
and the report will be focusing on both the approaches so that there are higher outcomes and
results which can be achieved (af Wåhlberg, 2017). Primary is taking in data from the people
themselves and there is no third partyy which is going to be included and secondary data is
collecting the data from the third people who has a view on the situation.
Sampling
There are minimum of 30 participants which are going to be involved in the research so that
there is going to be higher achievement. Probability and non- probability approaches are present
6

in research projects and the focus is going to be on non-probability approach so that there is
going to be no sense of bias and the results are going to be accurate (Knottnerus and Tugwell,
2018).
Data analysis
Thematic data analysis is a very practical method and theory to be used in order to be able to
get a higher success and correct data analyses which is going to be very helpful as well.
Thematic data analysis is qualitative data which needs to be collected so that there is going to
be good identification of collection which is going to be present.
Ethical consideration
Data is not going to be sold out and privacy of the participants will be take care of. There is
going to be no bias and consent forms are also going to be taken from the participants so that
there is going to be right involvement of the clients (Paul, 2017).
