3. Understanding the needs of individual learners regarding their learning and understanding
procedures
4. Supporting the learners by meeting their needs
5. Keeping a good level of communication
6. Understand the additional needs of the students and using the points of referral
Role and Responsibilities of Learners:
1. Communicating with teachers or educators regarding the understanding and ambiguities
2. Convey the resistances faced during the learning or training sessions
3. Forming a feedback based communication to increase mutual understanding (Gecer 2013)
4. Keeping a healthy learning environment in the classroom as per the instructions from the
teachers
Initial and diagnostic assessment (LO2)
Meeting individual needs enable the educators to enhance the learning capabilities of the
students of entire classroom. Depending on the personality traits the individual abilities differ
from learner to learner. Therefore, each learner needs different method of teaching and which
should be assessed at the initial phase of the learning
It is important to understand the needs of Cognitive ability and communication through the
help of Verbal communication and comprehension test based assessment, which will allow
them to understand the financial calculation while allowing them to convey their ambiguities.

It is important to understand the needs of Rational understanding and Reasoning through the
help of Numerical Tests and verbal questionnaires based assessment, which will allow them
to understand the financial calculation while allowing them to practice by their own.

The aim of this learning plan will be Understanding and executing the process of cash flow
analysis and presentation. The learning objectives of this teaching sessions will be teaching
the definition of Cash flow assessment, teaching the significance of cash flow assessment,
teaching the process of cash flow assessment and teaching the presentation methods of cash
flow assessment. In order to identify opportunities for learners to provide feedback to inform
inclusive practice collecting feedback form the students regarding their understanding and
ambiguities and supporting and helping them to understand the lesson completely will be
very helpful for both teacher and learner.
Creating and Maintaining Safe and inclusive teaching and learning environment (LO4)
Promoting healthy and professional behaviour within the students group will allow them to
keep a healthy relationship with each other within a disciplinary association of learning

procedures. Respecting other will also enable them to build-up their major pillar of social
competencies. In this world of globalisation diversity is a part of social development
evolution. Therefore, to make a socially computable student generation equity and diversity
can be promoted through group based activities and cultural collaborative recreational
activities. Establishing the safe and secure environment will allow the student to not only
maintain the teaching environment safe and secure from hazardous situation but also to
oblige with safety and security concern in their future.
Deliver inclusive teaching and learning (LO5)
The aim of this learning plan will be creating and Maintaining Safe and inclusive teaching
and learning environment. Here the safety and security related objectives will be teaching the
significance of keeping safe and secure learning environment, teaching the procedures of
identifying hazardous situation and reporting to the authority, teaching emergency procedures
and teaching the presentation methods of cash flow assessment. Apart from that in order to
ensure ethical and healthy environment in the learning premise the objectives of the
education will be teaching the significance of having and diverse learning environment and
increasing cultural competency by group based recreational activities. It order to maintain the
sustainability of the teaching and learning environment the objectives of the lesson plan will
be instructing the students to switch on and off the power properly, guidebook about garbage
disposal methods and assisting the students to keep a healthy and sustainable clean
environment.
Assess learning in education and training (LO6)
For financial and commercial studies and learning procedures the majorly used assessment
tools are Viva or Oral exam, written assessment, Presentation assessment, Excel workbook
error assessment and Observation. Apart from that question answer or feedback session can

be also used as an assessment tool to identify the learning problems within the students.
These tools are very useful for assessment of understanding the concept of Cash flow,
understanding the significance of cash flow assessment, ability to execute cash flow
assessment and ability to present the cash flow assessment.
Implementing expectations of the minimum core in planning, delivering and assessing
(LO7)
The core components of assessing students understanding and learning progress is the clear
and transparent activity declaration, proper assessment criteria mapping with tools, linking
the objectives with the learning objectives and utilising the fundamental goal of the lesson
plan including the gradation and evaluation procedure.
Review and Evaluation (LO 8)
The presented learning and lesson plan has some major advantages as well as limitation. The
advantages are its, coverage of core financial topic, relevance of assessment methods, and
presentation of the entire procedure. The limitations are the lack of details in lesson planning
and assessment planning, lack of presentation regarding regulatory compliances and resource
allocation and lack of practicality.
