EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The aim of report is to consider the process of developing learning in order to earn or
maintain learning opportunities. Present study was based on education sector in which there were
different outcomes are analysed related to student and their practice. Also, there are various type
of stakeholder are considered in order to focus more on their area of development for the
education sector.
Then study discussed professional values that has been analysed over own practices in specific
areas. Further, evaluated the role and impact of stakeholder and external bodies that are analysed
in organization in order to find area of development in education sector.

INTRODUCTION
Present report is based on education sector which will provide external factor that impact
on the basis of internal policies of educational organization. Also, current policies will be
analysed in order to consider different teaching process. Then impact of organization
requirement and expectation will be analysed on curriculum practice and quality cycle.

Concept of professionalism
The eduction is the process of gaining the knowledge and skills from study while training
is the process of learning the skills which are required in accomplish the particular activity and
job. The concepts of professionalism are the qualities and attributes that are related with those
persons who are skilled and trained at a professional role. The United Kingdom government state
a various recognized professions which include the nurse, accountant, teacher, lecturer, etc. the
particular rules and duties are followed by the professionals and it depends on the
professionalism which are holding by the individuals (Vivanco, 2022). In the context of
professionalism in the training and education, the profession include the intellectual training and
development, skill base on the theoretical knowledge, code of conduct, testing of competence,
etc. the professionalism is consisted the good judgements, skills and polite behaviour which are
expected form the individual person who is trained and skilled to do as task and job well. The
various elements are important in the professionalism to become success in specific fields such
as responsibility, integrity and dedication.
The professionalism helps person in providing the better opportunities and fix promotion
which helps in the career growth and development. The professionalism in the training and
education helps in encompasses the attitude and way of communication in the specific fields. In
moreover, being the professional in the education and training can ensure first impression on
persons as well as helps in develop the successful interpersonal relationship (Densmore, 2018). It
also helps in built the lasting reputation within the industry and profession.

If the teacher working as the lecturer and teacher is the dual profession in the education
and training but if the teacher is not effectively pass the knowledge and skills to the trainee and
students means the teacher is not functioning as s dual professional. The dual profession is
referred as the conceptualized understanding, deep knowledge and expertise in the training and

(Kirk, 2019). In the context of dual professionalism, the skills and knowledge of teachers and
include the learning of teachers as expertise in the teacher profession is the dual professionalism

with the trainee and students. The dual teaching profession helps in achieve the reputation and
image in the specialization for develop the great opportunities to become success in professional
career.

The professional values influence the teachers practices for measures all the
characteristics of teachers professions like attitudes, responsibilities, fairness, honesty, diligence,
integrity, cooperation, loyalty, faithfulness, justice and respects for others as well as procedures
of teaching and conduct behaviour and assessment of students. The proper training of teacher are
most important in teaching because it helps in gives information to the teachers that how to
behave and how to manage the profession with the personal life (Moniz, 2022). The best teacher
manage the equality between the students and helps them to grow and develop in the career
profession. The teacher training provide the value oriented education and must be developed the
ethical values through the helps of training and seminars as well as they should the service
training for the teachers educators. The teachers professions have an unlimited responsibilities
and teachers must be well versed with the types of professional values. The teacher profession
must have the good knowledge of values and code of conducts. The professional values of
teachers should become the core of teacher education (Habibi, 2019). The complete professional

himself. The negative attitudes o teachers can impact the environments and affects the students
learning outcomes. The professionalism plays an essential role in the improve the performance o
college. In the further illustration, with the helps of professionalism values, the teacher can be
more enthusiastic in teaching and share the best quality and appropriate knowledge. The main
objective of teacher is providing the learning opportunities to all and must understand the
learning process of teaching (Abidin and Nurdyansyah, 2020). The teachers have the duties and
obligations which influence the teaching profession as well as responsible for develop the skills
and knowledge. The teacher must be able to manage the learning and teaching process with the
discipline. The motivational factors in the profession is also influenced the teacher
professionalism so,that they are effectively affects the job performance of teachers.

Social Factor
Education provide knowledge, training and skills as well as new thoughts and
attitude among the young. In our country many peoples live in villages and do not have sufficient
resources for livelihood as a result they did not send their children's school. Even parents
educational level is also less sometimes. In the present times , many school and collages,
establish by government and local bodies they ignore their function of promoting social change
through their educational activities. The teachers also do not always realize their functions of
promoting social change by their teaching as well as by personal example. Restrictions on

education for girls in some countries are ban (Vanezis, 2021). Family financial status influences
our educational system for high quality teaching sometimes parents not able to pay fees, obtain
tutors etc. Educated parents also influences their children to get academic strengths, and they can
also give advices if they are weak in academic.
Economic Factor
There are different type of economic factor which are necessary to consider maintain
their fees so that when parents are not capable in order to prevents the child from attending
school they even can not bear tutor fees. In last year's government try to increase budget for
education it took initiative for promote education in various form. They mainly focus on girl
child education they promote through various campaigns and through social media marketing,
TV advertisement etc. Government also provide free admissions who are needy children's (Chen,
Yuan and Dai, 2018). They did free education for poor children's so that they can learn and In
future they can grow their GDP with education. In economic point of view when the economic
condition of a country is not good then education become low aspects when economy of a
country is strong then educational system will become powerful. In rural areas children's step
into their fathers profession like in farming so that in early age which distract them from
education.
Political
Many politicians do corruption in the name of increase education system in our state or
city. The political related problem is considered in order to work on large scale for education.
Government also cut down their budget so that they can use in subsidize for needy children's
who don't have enough money for education purpose. In school, college or any institution
ignored right candidate due to political pressure (Powell and McGrath, 2019). This kind of
political interruption in the selection of children impact negatively. It can also impact the value
or image of institution. Some time the rich candidate select and right one ignored. Politician
party plays a role to preparing budgets. But there is a lack of equality in the allocation of funds in
education sector.

Good quality of curriculum are providing administrators, teachers, student and
community stakeholder on the basis of plan and structure in context to deliver a good quality

context to strong relationship with teachers and school staff which are dramatically enhanced
student level of motivation and thereof promoting learning. Stakeholders are responsible for
achieving accountability to generate information that is depending on nature and obtained
information in multiple roles in trainings an education.

It is necessary to work in partnership with employers and different stakeholder in
education and training because these people can help for reducing the complexities which are
faces by education and training organization in internal operations. There are different type of
collaborations are made in order to improve effectiveness of operation in education system.
Collaboration is one of the important for decision-making process as well as it help in education
system by focusing more on problem solving capabilities which need to improved collaboration
process and it helps to improve communication by developing skills of teachers and education.
There are development of skill that can be improved in order to focus on collaboration process.
In the engagement process partnership are helps for deciding goal alignment that can be
improved in schools (Loke, Guo and Molassiotis, 2021). In teaching, it helps to assist different

book and diary. Then, there are different communication system that are included in school by
making good relationships with parents and partners in order to provide effective ideas of good
