EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The aim of report is to consider the process of developing learning in order to earn or
maintain learning opportunities. Present study was based on education sector in which there were
different outcomes are analysed related to student and their practice. Also, there are various type
of stakeholder are considered in order to focus more on their area of development for the
education sector.
Then study discussed professional values that has been analysed over own practices in specific
areas. Further, evaluated the role and impact of stakeholder and external bodies that are analysed
in organization in order to find area of development in education sector.

INTRODUCTION
Present report is based on education sector which will provide external factor that impact
on the basis of internal policies of educational organization. Also, current policies will be
analysed in order to consider different teaching process. Then impact of organization
requirement and expectation will be analysed on curriculum practice and quality cycle.

1.1
Concept of professionalism
The eduction is the process of gaining the knowledge and skills from study while training
is the process of learning the skills which are required in accomplish the particular activity and
job. The concepts of professionalism are the qualities and attributes that are related with those
persons who are skilled and trained at a professional role. The United Kingdom government state
a various recognized professions which include the nurse, accountant, teacher, lecturer, etc. the
particular rules and duties are followed by the professionals and it depends on the
professionalism which are holding by the individuals (Vivanco, 2022). In the context of
professionalism in the training and education, the profession include the intellectual training and
development, skill base on the theoretical knowledge, code of conduct, testing of competence,
etc. the professionalism is consisted the good judgements, skills and polite behaviour which are
expected form the individual person who is trained and skilled to do as task and job well. The
various elements are important in the professionalism to become success in specific fields such
as responsibility, integrity and dedication.
The professionalism helps person in providing the better opportunities and fix promotion
which helps in the career growth and development. The professionalism in the training and
education helps in encompasses the attitude and way of communication in the specific fields. In
moreover, being the professional in the education and training can ensure first impression on
persons as well as helps in develop the successful interpersonal relationship (Densmore, 2018). It
also helps in built the lasting reputation within the industry and profession.
Dual professionalism
The dual professionalism is sophisticated process because of learning and vocational
teaching. The dual professional demand the trainers and teachers with the occupational
experience and expertise persons who can connected with the learning practice and excellent

teaching (Hargreaves and O'Connor, 2018). The benefits of the dual professionalism is that they
highlight with the best quality trainers as well as establish the best relationship with the trainers
and trainee with effectively. It also helps in meet the competitive edge for the position of market
in education and training. The professionalism is considered the code of conducts, set of
standards and collections of the qualities which are required trainer to provide trainee.
If the teacher working as the lecturer and teacher is the dual profession in the education
and training but if the teacher is not effectively pass the knowledge and skills to the trainee and
students means the teacher is not functioning as s dual professional. The dual profession is
referred as the conceptualized understanding, deep knowledge and expertise in the training and
learning processes as well as the concepts match with the expert subject in skills and knowledge
(Kirk, 2019). In the context of dual professionalism, the skills and knowledge of teachers and
include the learning of teachers as expertise in the teacher profession is the dual professionalism
with the understanding and supportive behaviours as well as maintain the positive behaviour
with the trainee and students. The dual teaching profession helps in achieve the reputation and
image in the specialization for develop the great opportunities to become success in professional
career.

The professional values influence the teachers practices for measures all the
characteristics of teachers professions like attitudes, responsibilities, fairness, honesty, diligence,
integrity, cooperation, loyalty, faithfulness, justice and respects for others as well as procedures
of teaching and conduct behaviour and assessment of students. The proper training of teacher are
most important in teaching because it helps in gives information to the teachers that how to
behave and how to manage the profession with the personal life (Moniz, 2022). The best teacher
manage the equality between the students and helps them to grow and develop in the career
profession. The teacher training provide the value oriented education and must be developed the
ethical values through the helps of training and seminars as well as they should the service
training for the teachers educators. The teachers professions have an unlimited responsibilities
and teachers must be well versed with the types of professional values. The teacher profession
must have the good knowledge of values and code of conducts. The professional values of
teachers should become the core of teacher education (Habibi, 2019). The complete professional

values influence the teacher performance as well as the values are also impacted on the students
learning outcomes. The positive and negative effects on the teacher performance and students.
The teacher has the dual professionalism in the educational and training institutes because of the
learning and teaching process. The educators need to guide the students to become the good
human beings and it plays an essential role in shaping the personality and character of students as
well as responsible for create the creative and care environments for the maintained the
professional values.
The problems which are occurred in the students management and problems and
challenges which are face by the students then it helps teacher to develop learning opportunities
to provide solution to the students. In other words, it helps in improve and develop the teacher's
performance. The characteristics of professional of teachers is comes from within the teaching
himself. The negative attitudes o teachers can impact the environments and affects the students
learning outcomes. The professionalism plays an essential role in the improve the performance o
college. In the further illustration, with the helps of professionalism values, the teacher can be
more enthusiastic in teaching and share the best quality and appropriate knowledge. The main
objective of teacher is providing the learning opportunities to all and must understand the
learning process of teaching (Abidin and Nurdyansyah, 2020). The teachers have the duties and
obligations which influence the teaching profession as well as responsible for develop the skills
and knowledge. The teacher must be able to manage the learning and teaching process with the
discipline. The motivational factors in the profession is also influenced the teacher
professionalism so,that they are effectively affects the job performance of teachers.

Social Factor
Education provide knowledge, training and skills as well as new thoughts and
attitude among the young. In our country many peoples live in villages and do not have sufficient
resources for livelihood as a result they did not send their children's school. Even parents
educational level is also less sometimes. In the present times , many school and collages,
establish by government and local bodies they ignore their function of promoting social change
through their educational activities. The teachers also do not always realize their functions of
promoting social change by their teaching as well as by personal example. Restrictions on

education for girls in some countries are ban (Vanezis, 2021). Family financial status influences
our educational system for high quality teaching sometimes parents not able to pay fees, obtain
tutors etc. Educated parents also influences their children to get academic strengths, and they can
also give advices if they are weak in academic.
Economic Factor
There are different type of economic factor which are necessary to consider maintain
their fees so that when parents are not capable in order to prevents the child from attending
school they even can not bear tutor fees. In last year's government try to increase budget for
education it took initiative for promote education in various form. They mainly focus on girl
child education they promote through various campaigns and through social media marketing,
TV advertisement etc. Government also provide free admissions who are needy children's (Chen,
Yuan and Dai, 2018). They did free education for poor children's so that they can learn and In
future they can grow their GDP with education. In economic point of view when the economic
condition of a country is not good then education become low aspects when economy of a
country is strong then educational system will become powerful. In rural areas children's step
into their fathers profession like in farming so that in early age which distract them from
education.
Political
Many politicians do corruption in the name of increase education system in our state or
city. The political related problem is considered in order to work on large scale for education.
Government also cut down their budget so that they can use in subsidize for needy children's
who don't have enough money for education purpose. In school, college or any institution
ignored right candidate due to political pressure (Powell and McGrath, 2019). This kind of
political interruption in the selection of children impact negatively. It can also impact the value
or image of institution. Some time the rich candidate select and right one ignored. Politician
party plays a role to preparing budgets. But there is a lack of equality in the allocation of funds in
education sector.
2.2
Good quality of curriculum are providing administrators, teachers, student and
community stakeholder on the basis of plan and structure in context to deliver a good quality
education. Also, there are different type of curriculum which identifies the outcomes of learning,

standards and core competencies which educated people must experiment before work on to
next level. There is positive impact of teaching practice that is considered as the opportunity in
order to more focus on aspire teachers by understanding the role of teachers and operations of
how schooling done (Indarti, 2020). This is also providing challenging activities of working with
student in classroom and also acquiring professionals competences. Education policy is refers to
the principle and policy decision which are influencing the field of education, rules and laws
which are governed the operation of education system. Also, policy regarding education are
analyse is the student study in effective manner
In context to curriculum there are different type of opportunities are plans and intentions
in context to school education that is related to sequence of different type of activities in school
which are necessary to implement all plans that providing desired different learning
opportunities. Also, curriculum is necessary in order to more focus on system education that is
beyond creating by sharing goals between teachers and students in order to standardize the
learning goals related to school which are help for providing clears path student in order to
progress from one grade to another.
This is also important to more focus on developing keeping changes in external factors
in context to improving the performance of organization. That is why organization has to keep on
track by changing the policies on the basis of keeping operations and other process of school as
per changes which can be implementing in national educational system. There are different type
of factor which impact on performance of organization because this is affect the resources which
is necessary for implementing different curriculum in right way. By considering the social factor,
it can be help for keeping process and method which can be used by teachers and trainer for
learning process that is high quality on the basis of requirement of student (Kako, Hammad and
Arbon, 2018). In context to technological factor there were positive impact on school and
curriculum practices which is depended on the new and competent technology in order to
improve learning and teaching practice. Also, this is help for providing good quality of content
to student by using internet and other technology that deliver good quality of knowledge and
information. Aloes, there are many institutes who are often considers the environmental factor
that are necessary for some areas of educational institute related to sustainability concept that
keeping process and operations friendly for student. In context to legal factor it has been

analysed that this is more crucial for organization by considering changes in legal factor that is
associated to organisation distinct way.

There are many stakeholders are involved such as student employers, academic faculty, alumni
and external bodies are related to tax bodies, government, non-government institutions, agencies
etc.
 Role of learner/ stakeholder is one of the major because it helps to gain knowledge that
are direct involving in learning process (Hegna, 2019).
 Teachers are played important role in the curriculum developers that help for planning
and making primary duty of teachers. Also, teacher are responsible for modifying results
that are on the basis of learning outcome and also required to expertise in field.
 In context to managers they are considered the head of institution with the role of
supervisor of curriculum implementation. Also, they played important role for monitoring
the execution of curriculum in institution that bring improvement.
 Then parent should focus on their child in order to manage their learning pattern and
shape their career accordingly.
 Community members are related to person that are belongs to locality based community
that academy operates and carry out learning process. The resources can be materials,
books and necessary facility.
 Government are played important role in order to focus more on operating the regulation
of academic function that possess great interest in management of academy. DepED for
education curricula and CHED for graduations criteria. Some other stakeholder are
related to have interest in functioning of academic institution that are based on lawyers,
medical doctors, engineering organization and such bodies.

Stakeholder played important role in order to more focus on informations and
opportunities that is related to wisdom that need for support the goals in education system which
creating the condition of in the future. Also, this is defined as process of involving student,
communities, parents and different stakeholder in order to formulate strategies for decision-
making and evaluations (Plenty, Magnusson and Låftman, 2021). There are multiple school

accountability which aim to provide legitimation strategies and decision-making in school. In
context to education stakeholder are necessary for playing important role in order to focus on
school that are directly and indirectly affected by success of education system. By considering
government officials, administrators and school and board.
Accountability of stakeholder are intended for providing weight to state standards and
encouraging teachers for implement them and also provide evidence that are related to focus on
attention on content. The process of accountability in education, administrators of education
system are considered by identifying goals and objectives of educational system and also help
for determining the validity of such objectives and goals that can be periodically necessary for
education. There are different types of characteristics of quality of academic staff in order to
conduct program that is necessary element for ensuring about the quality of higher education. In
context to strong relationship with teachers and school staff which are dramatically enhanced
student level of motivation and thereof promoting learning. Stakeholders are responsible for
achieving accountability to generate information that is depending on nature and obtained
information in multiple roles in trainings an education.

It is necessary to work in partnership with employers and different stakeholder in
education and training because these people can help for reducing the complexities which are
faces by education and training organization in internal operations. There are different type of
collaborations are made in order to improve effectiveness of operation in education system.
Collaboration is one of the important for decision-making process as well as it help in education
system by focusing more on problem solving capabilities which need to improved collaboration
process and it helps to improve communication by developing skills of teachers and education.
There are development of skill that can be improved in order to focus on collaboration process.
In the engagement process partnership are helps for deciding goal alignment that can be
improved in schools (Loke, Guo and Molassiotis, 2021). In teaching, it helps to assist different
communication system that support partnership at school such as daily plans, communication
book and diary. Then, there are different communication system that are included in school by
making good relationships with parents and partners in order to provide effective ideas of good
team work and other activity that can be done by others staff.

Colleagues are important for the education in order to more focus on following the same
rule and regulations for employee and employers. Regular meeting with staff can raise issue for
arising an solving problem that are related to issue arises and ideas that can be discussed in
working with partnership.

In order to analyse the impact of stakeholder and external bodies on curriculum design
delivery and assessment in primary education. Also, stakeholder are played important role in
order to focus on operations and other structure that are relates to internal process of
organization. In context to education system it has been analysed that there are different type of
position hold by stakeholder in order to delivery the information also it helps to allocations of
power which is necessary for the institution. For example, parents and student are considered as
main stakeholder which are responsible for all the major activities perform by teachers (Soorgi
and Soorgi, 2020).
In education educations system it helps to develop the ideas of various designs and
changes in curriculum that is used by institution. Also, parents are responsible for forcing school
in context to implement changes in favour of student which is used by teachers and trainer in
order to deliver knowledge and information of students. For instance, teacher are responsible for
managing the stakeholder such as teachers that can be affect the design of curriculum and
assessment process. Stakeholder like teachers are deciding the level of assessment which help
student in order to more focus on developing their knowledge as well as it help to providing the
best knowledge for learning. That is why stakeholder and curriculum bodies are responsible for
taking major deciding for the institution.

that can be requirement for all organization and their staff are as follows:
Health and safety at work act 1974, act that place duty on all employers in order to
ensure about health and safety welfare at work that is necessary for all the work. The act is also
helped to make provision for the process of covering student .

The SEN disability discrimination act 2021, are help for covering all aspect of
education, then disability discrimination act 2005 are place responsibility on all authorities. This
is related to promoting the equality opportunity for people with disabilities (Belaya, 2018).
Equality act 2010, is related to people who differentiate others in context to equality that
are also including private or independent provide which can be discriminator on ground of
disability, sex, race, gender reassignment, pregnancy, religion, belief, sex, etc. This is also helped
school in order to follow all the fair rules regarding equality as well as gives surety regarding
everything does by school must be fair and non-discriminatory that not put individual or groups
of people at disadvantages. Also, for student this act providing them protection of children and
young people in different areas of their lives that is applying for job and using public or private
services such as housing, transport, in education and training.
Children's act 1989 and families act 2014, under this is council are finds that children
who are disabled by birth to age 25 halve right to get special education needs. This is also helped
for bringing in terms of different as well as discriminates others (Hyland, 2019). Law also help
to provide protect related to exploitation and abusing right for inquiries safeguard and welfare.

range related to all the children and young people that can succeeds by not mention their
background.
Data protection act 1988 in schools, this act is necessary to followed by schools in order
to ensure about their activities which should maintain privacy as wells as help to store personal
information of student and staff by providing security. This is also including staff and student
how to get, share, store and using critical information (Vrysis and Kotsakis, 2020). This is
related to personal data that is known by everyone regards right to know the information. Each
school data controller register with information commissioners office failure are responsible for
maintain good image of student by not comparing them and not discloses their personal
informations because it might impact very badly by getting personal information of student and
their parents. That is why this is the common law which is followed by all the institution and
business in order to provide security to student as well as other stakeholder.
