Then there are business risks. These include external entities such as company and customers. Then
there is a technical risk. This is the possibility of loss that is involved during various technical
processes such as wrong testing process, untested engineering and so on (Turner, 2014).
1.2. Items to be and not to be tested:
The various things to be tested include different universal software. These are to be tested
over browsers and software. This can work in Windows, MAC OS, Linux, IOS and Android. Here,
the users can utilize universal software and can provide the feedbacks through ratings (Kerzner,
2018).
On the other hand, quality has been working on a similar mode as another type of constraints.
As any project runs late or is over budget, the managers still efficiently able to provide the intended
items. However, in any case they might not be thoroughly tested. This indicates that the
characteristics present and working correctly are not assured adequately (Mir & Pinnington, 2014).
1.3. Test passing and failing criteria:
The various test pass or failing criteria depends on the following.
The clients can smoothly long in to the universal software and applications.

1.4. Test deliverables:
Passing Users of universal software is fully satisfied with the outcome.
Failing At many times, the customer is not able to make use of the applications correctly
and provide poor feedback (Martinelli & Milosevic, 2016). Then the experienced
team might contact and try to guide the users then and adequately get satisfied to
