In this section of proposal researcher will determine the reason of selecting specific research topic for
the research. This is so because that will encourage as well as help them in gathering appropriate
information related to the topic in effective manner. In respect of respective research which I am
conducting on the management of cultural diversity at the workplace at the middle size restaurant. This
is so because in today’s time it is essential for every company to adopt cultural diversity at their
workplace as that will help in motivating employees who help in enhancing their productivity and its
quality. In addition to this it will also helps me in suggesting an organization through which they can
