INTRODUCTION
This report will lay emphasis on structures which governs the country prior to unification
and also their position in accordance with international law will be discussed in this report. The
report will also determine structure of United Arab Emirates and their position within
international context. The tribal system under United Arab Emirates will be determined and
progress along with their operations will be elaborated in this report.
MAIN BODY
UAE tribal system progress and operations
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is one of the seven federal governing states which have grown
in countries of Gulf. The culture and beliefs of United Arab Emirates is generally different from
any other country. United Arab Emirates was one of the recognised Taliban rule country in
Afghanistan (Freer, 2019). The governing structure of United Arab Emirates is associated with
the highest authority which is Supreme Council which is aligns seven emirates rulers. Each ruler
holds right to vote for providing support by their decision making in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Also,
the respective council elects United Arab Emirates president.
Sheikh Zayed's contributed for the foundation of foreign policy in which the attributes are
in context of balance, support for justice and truth, wisdom, moderation, language of dialogue as
well as understanding. Later the foreign balanced policy becomes United Arab Emirates
hallmark. There were tribal system followed under United Arab Emirates in under which they
prefer customary norms, rules and regulation. The United Arab Emirates has taken forward step
for development of their governing system. This lay an emphasis on economy of country which
were in context of socio economic progress. The political system is fully based on constitution of
United Arab Emirates. Along with this, the key development of United Arab Emirates election is
governed by Federal National Council in the year 2006.
The federal laws are accompanied by minister councils and after this they submit to
Federal National Council under which they were directly sent to proper committee (Bakoush,
Bredan, and Denic, 2016). United Arab Emirates have undertaken various steps for the political
reformation from different strategies. They have taken steps regarding UAE government strategy
in 2007. After this, Amendments to constitution was formulated. Significantly in late 2008, the
amendments of article 62 were developed. This law is associated with prime minister and their

to provide the clean environment to Dubai by adopting the clean energy strategy. From the many
years they survive on the basis of tribal system. The UAE system is continuously moved towards
the progress of the nation with the sustainability by providing the required resources and
infrastructure. They face the problem of nepotism in the private sector also to face the open
challenges. Because of the encouragement of nepotism and executive management of
organization UAE nationals are shoved up (Mahmoud, 2018). Through the guidance from the
leaders of UAE now it becomes one of the best countries in the world which provides the various
facilities and opportunities to the population. The UAE Tribal system getting progress in the
different areas like the health, communities, tourism etc. the UAE system getting progress due to
the practice of nepotism in the nation.
The Emirati, which is the major tribal population based in UAE have adopted many
systems and methods in order to operate. They are based on Arab Culture but have also been
influenced by the Islamic Culture. the main values that they have adopted have made them lead a
highly luxurious life and their ancestry also exists in many other parts of the world. They take
decisions on which the majority of the people agree there has been development in the private
sector. The academics in UAE is influenced by British University mainly similar to their laws
and regulations so that they can operate in a stable manner.
CONCLUSION
The following study summarizes the UAE system. It reflects the building of UAE and the
progress of the UAE in the United Arab Emirates. UAE is a legal system which includes several
laws and regulation for the improvement and protect the rights of the population. The system has
local and federal law with certain rules and regulation which is enforceable to the Arab
population.
