Peer Response 1:
Health care is one of the vital sector in United States. The utmost purpose of healthcare system in United States is to provide health
facilities, care and Nursing Assessment to all groups of people. It is one of the sector that contributes maximum amount in the development of
United States. It serves people to deal with various diseases and disorders. However, there are several sections of Healthcare system ( Howdon,

status of the system.
Moreover, ageing is a process that no one can stop and creates a major impact on the healthcare system. Nurses need to be extra careful
while handling such patients. Somewhat they need to follow, their nursing ethics as well that deals with Autonomy, Beneficence, Non-
maleficence. It will always be important to follow their nursing ethics, in which they should treat the patient according to their rights as well and
also justify without harming them (Grace, 2017). They also need to follow both forms of Leadership, it may be formal and may be informal. So,

elderly that newer grownups imagine to relish when they raise older, such as spending quality time with their family, traveling to places for
enjoyment, following the hobbies and passion, encountering volunteer works to spend time.
Such generation breaks in awareness also spread to the greatest rudimentary query of all around old phase. When does it start? Survey
defendants ages around 18 to 29 accept as true that the normal individual develops senior citizen at an age of 60. Middle-aged accused put the
verge earlier to 70, and people ages 65 and overhead approximately that the regular individual does not develop old pending 74 (Eichengreen,
2015). To be utmost sure, there are problems that originate with elder age. About one person out of four adults and older experience severe
memory damage. The others suffer from serious serious complaint and often feel sad, depressed and emotions full of frustration (Dong & Zhang,
2014). Report delivers as if they are isolated or have worry paying beaks. Few cannot even drive a car or ride a bike. Some feel as if they are
burden to others because of their age. Certain potential problems are closely associated to old age but that is the face of reality in US and people
need to deal with it. Such expectations are hard to face when they come into elder stage.
