1. Academic Skill: Mind map about academic skills
Reading and writing skills should be in appropriate manner because from school to
universities there are so many fields in which the writing skills are so essential. For this purpose,
candidate's fluency in English should be accurate. Further, essay writing in university is very much
diverse from the school. It is quite challenging for the students to write on diverse topics with good
writing skills. Its is must to have exploration and research on the modern styles of writing and for
that the reading techniques has to be very rapid (van Beijsterveldt PhD, 2011). The candidate
should have effective skills to present something with smart and communicative way. Student
should be able for summarising the desired content in his research and to do such things with so
much of productivity. In this objective, the self motivation and time management are affluent
necessity.
2. Academic Skill: Writing Style about immigration
In UK immigrants have created the job opportunities for the migrated people. If we take an
example for that, creation of M&S is done by the Jewish refugees from the countries like Lithuania
and Poland. The numbers are getting so broad because of such opportunities. England is so much
swarming with all these because of which there is a count that stands for at least 10 families for
each town which have been migrated from outside (Cohn, 2010). 4% of all the application of EU
asylum accepted by UK. The tortured people from Syrian government must be helped because the
people of next to Syria like Lebanon, are facing trouble by the numbers under which they have
taken in.
3. Academic Skill: Paraphrase about CSR
An approach like Cape three points(CTP) which is conducted for people of Ghana, they drill
the oil for their daily life, fishing is the primary work for these people. But they do not get any
support form the government of that area, not even the basic facilities to live like drinking water,
electricity and the medical help. Locals have said so many things frequently but they still are in a
great disaster. One of them, a lady said that we have not seen anything not for oil also (Peprah,
2011). Government have done so many promises but the people feel like they are not the citizens of
Ghana. Thus, there is a great necessity of CSR policies in this place that can help in providing the
mentioned necessities.
4. Reflection: Citations, Referencing and Plagiarism
Citation is basically a kind of referencing which convey to the reader that the working
material have come from a particular source. If reader wants some more information about the
source, he/she can go through this. It contains the details of author, title, address of the company

that have made it, date of publishing, the page number on which the existing material has covered.
Different types of citations like APA, MLA, Chicago, Turabian etc. exist which are used for
mentioned purpose.
Referencing is basically a way to denote the exact source location by which the file has been
referred and it has so many types like MLA, APA, Chicago and Harvard. By default the Harvard
technique used in most of the cases. To get guiding of reference we do access the google scholar,
jstar, and many more sites that help to get the referencing.
When the written data in any kind of file is being copied from any source or any other
location without any referencing the Plagiarism always stands highlighting. Its a way to keep one
another's idea or work stuff and giving it his own name. It is the way to use the things which is
produced by other one without giving him the credit.
5. Academic Skill: Synthesis on IMF
Talking about the IMF , in 2000 the protest and defence both sides had some structural
adjustment agreement for the loan either with the world bank or the IMF. The agreement to hold the
the supply of money that increase the rate of interest and further it the currency will be capitalise.
Sell the industrial part to the private contractors and shut the restriction on the transaction of capital
internationally (Easterly, 2013). At the other side defence of the IMF relies on the programs that are
so helpful for the banks and the economy of the area. accordingly growth which is oriented by
export of the capital have a better story.
6. Reflection: What is research
Researching about some serious work could be so energetic. It is needed to make an
understanding about the concept under which we are working and to make an appropriate execution
of anything. For this we have to scan each and every part of that particular topic. Many kind of
researches are existing some are in marketing, basic research, some are educational, applied,
descriptive, historical, technical and many more. Researching material on primary basis like
interviews, surveys. dictionary, textbooks and secondary basis includes abstracts, databases, articles
etc. The online search engines have their own databases on which we can research by accessing the
reference and keep it in its own set of words.
7. Reflection: Evaluating a Source about BTB
A question raised possibly when an organization call up the candidates for the interview
through out for their application for the employment. Interviewers judge them according to their
past criminal history, so is this justified to enlist a person by his previous record of any criminal
case then he will be not allowed to get the employment. 'Ban the box' have adopted at many of the
locations. A bunch of youth from American employment have fired from their jobs just because
they had been arrested once for any conviction record. Human resource management of so many
leading authorities strikes this concept by showing that 9 out of 10 have criminal history according

to a study in 2012. Its a conclusion that if you do not know about any one whom you about to hire
in your company then the enlistment is to be decided by the background of that applicant.
8. Academic Skill: Conciseness and Redundancy
Writing manner from school to collage is quite diverse in nature, because of these 2 factors,
one is conciseness and another one is redundancy. Writing something concisely means it should be
complete through out the article, statically the only material should be be provided that is necessary.
Revising the content is very important to get the appropriate concise data. Redundant writing leads
to the words or the content that is further not useful in the material (Paoletti, Bortolotti and Zanon,
2012). Repetitive words are considered under the redundancy and in academic skills student have to
avoid this in their writing with clear, well understood, and satisfied meaning.
