Part 2 Reflection
The purpose of this report is to reflect upon the skills and knowledge that has gained
during the completion of assignment 1 and assignment 2. In this report, demonstration of
personal learning experiences is covered related to the completion of topic which is discussed in
the presentation. In order to reflect the skills which has been developed throughout the
assignment, Gibbs reflective model is being used. This is a highly significant and relevant
theoretical framework which supports the process of reflection with the help of six stages to
determine the whole experience. The 6 stages of Gibbs reflective cycle is applied below:
Description: The assignment completion helped me in developing understanding on the concept
of Public relations and corporate social responsibility. For the successful completion of the
assignment, I have to choose topic related to PR and CSR and write essay on the same Yuan and
et.al., 2020). This assignment enhanced my knowledge and provided me an opportunity to
improve my academic writing skills. This assignment was in relation with acknowledging the
issues and discussing the factors regarding the practices of corporate social responsibility and it
allowed me to improve my research skills and helped me in connecting these concepts with
organisations.
Feelings: The feelings associated with the completion of assignment included excitement,
determination, self-accomplishment as well as it was also filled with challenges of maintaining
accuracy and completing assignment in a constructive manner. During the completion of my
assignment, I felt like I am attaining a great level of knowledge and understanding on the topics
of CSR and PR while writing essay (Dmytriyev, Freeman and Hörisch, 2021). Moreover, it
learned a lot about how to properly write academic content maintaining a proper and logical flow
of arguments throughout the discussion. Thus I felt a great sense of accomplishment and skill
development during the assignment, however It was also challenging as I have to write essay and
make presentation while properly discussing the topics.
Evaluation: On the basis of my assignment completion, I have evaluated the scope and
significance of corporate social responsibility and Public relations and explored their relationship
with ethical aspects and standards. I have evaluated the skills which are required in order to
complete the assignment in an effective manner while satisfying all required criteria. I have
evaluated academic writing skills and presentation skills which are of great significance while
completing assignments (Wijoyo, 2021). Furthermore, I have understood that it is very important

Analysis: I have analysed that there is scope of improvement in my skill development in the
areas of vocabulary, knowledge of trends in business environment as well as improving
academic writing overall. Throughout the process of completion of assignment, I have analysed
that I need to improve my academic writing skills so that I can perform in more constructive
manner (Ramdeo, Balwant and Fraser,2022). I have analysed that I need to enhance my
vocabulary in order to make my assessments more authentic and to create highly intellectual
content. Furthermore, I have analysed that I am required to improve my research skills in order
to write highly reliable and authentic content with proper referencing as well.
Conclusion: During the process of completion of my assignment, I have concluded that there are
various skills which are required in the successful and constructive project completion. Major
learning skills includes research skills, interpretation skills, logical and analytical skills, and
academic writing skills as well as presentation skills (Hill, Khoo and Hsieh, 2020). These skills
were enhanced during the completion of assignment but there is more scope of improvement in
respective areas.
Action plan: The completion of my assignment allowed to identify skill gap and reflect upon
my personal learning skills. I order to improve my learning skills mainly focusing upon
improving vocabulary, enhancing current trends knowledge and improvement of writing skills.
In order to improve my skills, I will focus upon reading more through assistance of library so
that I can understand how to formulate sentences in academic content and present it in a manner
implying logical synthesis and flow of arguments. Moreover, reading books of business
management would further help me in developing better understanding on the trends which are
currently emerging in business environment such as corporate social responsibility and PR.
