Reflection
To share the experience of any specific situation, Gibbs model of reflection is used.
This model is assist to examine the strength and weakness of an individual which needs to be
improved so that it will help in future.
The overall experience to prepare the power point presentation is very effective such
that it helps me to improve many skills. The overall presentation assist me to increase the
knowledge with regards to specific terms which will also assist to improve the results.
Before conducting study, I was quite unaware with such topic and that is why I feel
excited to learn new things about the company. Also, it was my first presentation about the
business ethics and prepare poster presentation for the same. Also earlier I am not aware with
such things and that is why, feel excited for the same (Ciulla, 2020). Moreover, I analyzed
that through such, I improve my research skill because I did not have enough knowledge with
regards to business ethics and that is why, it will help me in my future. Moreover, I also
improve my ICT skill because I use MS Word in which I make power point presentation that
helps to present the entire content in better manner.
In addition to this, I also evaluated that there are some skills which need to improved
such that time management skill. As I am not easily manage the things in proper manner such
that it will affect the results in future. Also in professional career, it is necessary to have a
strong time management skills that helps to improve the results and attain the define aim.
Apart from this, I also evaluated that with the help of strong research skill, I am able to meet
the define aim and gain knowledge related to the same. Apart from this, I also analyzed that
due to having strong ICT skill, I am able to comply with advance technology and present the
study in proper innovative manner. Hence, due to strong abilities, I am present the entire
thoughts in better manner. So that it will assist to improve the results.
From the above I concluded that there are both positive and negative outcome from
the study such that I gain knowledge about business ethics from which I am not aware and
along with this i enhance the skills i.e. research and ICT. Apart from this I also determine the

weakness such that time management skills that needs to be improve under action plan
(Vidgen, Hindle and Randolph, 2020). Hence, the overall experience of presenting the study
is so good because I gain knowledge related to theories of ethics and this in turn improve the
results in positive manner.
Through the research, I analyzed that there is a need to improve the time management
skills and to improve the same, I have to start attending the online session and for that I
manage the work accordingly. Such that I start prioritize the work, so that I meet the
deadline. This skill will help me to attain he future goals of a firm and maintain my overall
performance as well.
