INTRODUCTION
There are a lot of skills which need to be improved upon so that there is going to be
higher professionalism which would be present in individuals. This is going to make the
satisfaction level higher and achieve the goals and career targets are going to be easier. The
report is going to the challenges and skills which are required in individuals so that there is going
to be a higher satisfaction and achievement which they can have. For satisfaction the individuals
need to improve their skills and knowledge which is going to be self helpful.
MAIN BODY
Experience on module and future challenges and expectations of university
With the help of Driscoll model there is a better explanation which one can have from the
modules which were discussed in the lectures which are very important for the company to
understand. There is a lot of learning which modules covered can teach and there is going to be
good reflection on this factor so that there is going to be higher satisfaction level which is going
to be present (Tran, Lu and Weber, 2018). There is a lot of improvement which I need to do
which is going to be discussed in the further report.
What?
There was a lot of information which I did not have of technology which is received from
the modules which were covered in the class. The power point presentations in the lectures made
the topics very interesting and easier for the students to understand and connect with them which
are going to be very helpful for me. The reaction on the topic was negative since I wanted to try
different topics for higher understanding and something which was going to be helpful for my
career options (Aleksandrova, Aleksandrov and Vasiliev, 2018). The purpose of the sessions was
that I need to know the importance of technology, importance of communication and marketing
factors which are going to be very helpful for my growth in the market. Knowing the technology
is going to help me function smoothly in the market and also be able to help me in doing my
work faster which is a great strength which I can have personally. It is very important to be safe
while using digital literacy since there is a lot of wrong which can take place therefore this was a

great learning which I got from this session. Videos and way of expressing the report needs to be
good and colourful so that the audience is going to appreciate it and that is going to be very
helpful for the career goal which I have set for myself (Nica, 2018).
So what?
There are a lot of skills I got aware of as well from the sessions which I attended which
are going to help in a lot of ways possible. Knowledge of technology is the most advantageous
which I have gathered and there also needs to be a good reading as well which has to be present
in me in order to be able to operate effectively in the market (Dezi and et.al., 2018). There are a
lot of changes which are coming in the market regarding technology and it is important for the
company to be able to adapt to them and which makes it compulsory for myself as well to adapt
to them so that there is going to be smooth functioning and operations which is going to be
present. Digital literacy is also important because there is a lot of information which one can lose
from this factor which needs to be present in the company so that there is going to be higher
functioning which is going to be present in me. I need to be very efficient with my work and use
the right images and videos to project my report and essays in class so that there is going to be
effective and smooth success which I can receive. I have understood that there is a lot of learning
which I have taken from the assignment and lectures which I have attended and that are a great
factor for me (Kim, 2016). I did not know that there is going to be so many topics I would not
have been aware about which is a great progress for me as an individual which is going to be
present.
Now what?
My expectations is that there needs to be a detailed and typical topics of digital literacy
which needs to be covered in the sessions in university which is going to give me higher
knowledge and skills of myself is going to improve further (Torabi, Giahi and Sahebjamnia,
2016). It is important to keep improving on the weaknesses which is present in an individual so
that there is going to be effective growth that is going to be present. As an effective student, there

is going to be more learning which would be required by me since I like to learn in detail about
each topic which has been covered for the good functioning. The main learning which I have
gathered from the sessions is that it is very important to have good knowledge about the topics
which are going to be helping an individual to be able to have higher success in the market so
that there is going to be effective functioning which is going to be present (Chang, 2016). The
individual will be able to have satisfaction when they have the right knowledge and skills which
is going to be helpful in situations and challenges which they have to face in the future.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that there are a lot of skills and knowledge
which needs to be improved like problem solving, creativity, self confidence, communication,
team work, etc which have to be present in an individual so that there is going to be higher
performance present. The satisfaction level of the individual does make a lot of difference in
maintaining the lifestyle and achievement in the market.
