Introduction
Service learning refers to the opportunity that an individual receives by gaining experiencing and
volunteering in an organization. Community partnership refers to the activity partnering with
people in the society to mutually attain benefit in the environment. The students will receive the
benefits of learning in an innovative way and gaining real life experience through partnering in
NGOs. Community will attain the benefit by using the resources of partners volunteering them in
the society (Hartman, & Kiely, 2014). Students initiating service learning in the environment
might face the problem in controlling over learning in the environment as the student stay far
from their tutors. The company AWID is a potential community partner present the environment
that outlines the problem of equality in the society (AWID, 2018).
Community Partnership
The organization has currently partnered with more than 5000 people worldwide who working
with them to resolve the problem of gender equality in the society. Association of Disabled
Females International, Liquidambar etc. are some of the associations that work with AWID in
order to achieve their mission and vision in the society. Along with this, it should be noted that
there are many individual people like Fabrice BYIRINGIRO that works with the organization to
work for a good cause and help the women to boost up their self-esteem as well. These
partnerships emotional develop a person and help them to attain lifelong experiences. There were
a few past relationships of the organization with the people that ended on the completion of the
objective. Further, additional partnerships that the organization should create are the
organizations present in different parts of the company. The company should connect with
famous organization that can help them to circulate their motive in the environment (Huda,
Jasmi, Alas, Qodriah, Dacholfany, & Jamsari, 2018).

The company make use of volunteers in the environment to support the functions that they
perform and upraise the rights of women as well. The organization AWID asks the volunteers to
participate in the events and help them to spread awareness and raise funds in the society. Along
