INTRODUCTION
There are different types of events that are experienced by individual throughout the journey. In
order to understand the outcomes there is a need to reflect on the overall experiences. Food is
based on the reflection of the specific event and the key moments that work experience
according to its importance.
Focus of the reflection?
The present event was related to a pause activity that was part of a group presentation that took
place as a part of the regular practical activities assignment in the course of whole semester
(Slovák, Frauenberger. and Fitzpatrick, 2017). In this the main name of the activity was to focus
on different types of skills that are part of a student and are very crucial to understand the way
different types of these skills are assisting in the future progress of a particular student to deal
with the responsibility.
There was a group activity where I was part of the group included 5 members and there was one
person who was assigned as the leader of group (Stavroulia and Lanitis, 2019). Name activity
was to select the most influential topic according to the course word that was with the mutual
discussion maturity of team members agreed to one of the prevailing topics that is to deal with
the impact of Covid- 19 in changing scenario of external environment.
Key moments/lessons of the experience
Due to having a good communication skill I had to experience a very good thing like I have to
interact with my mentors in an appropriate manner that helps me in performing my work in
proper way. Communication skill helps me in interact with other member in that is useful in
completing particular project in timely manner. It is also helpful in my presentation for
performing different work in better way. Therefore, the communication skill was very helpful in
interacting with another person in and during particular phase of time period. In addition to this
my team building skill is very good so that it is helpful in leading its team member in an
appropriate manner and for tackling different situation in better way that is helpful for me in

which were confronted by me in order to conduct various activity and task in proper way.

in future period of time. Due to having a good communication and team building skills I have to
perform my work in an appropriate manner and it is helpful for me in conducting my task in
future period of time which will be beneficial for particular organisation for their success

The best moments that was experienced in the whole activity was the way is task was carried on
with the mutual discussion and there were minimum conflicts that were occurring because of the
leadership skills of a team leader. Leadership style that was adopted by him was participate that
let each individual to present their views in every decision that lead to will of confidence for
every team member to take the decision.
The key moment was the time when I was very nervous to present my topic in front of the whole
audiences. But I the time when I was actually performing I had a lot of confidence and I was
effectively able to communicate all the key deliverables that I had already prepared. This course
activity has changed my perspective and provided me a lot of self confidence that will help me to
deal with all the challenges from future perspective (Cathro, O’Kane and Gilbertson, 2017).
Learned or put these lessons into practical action in the future
The overall learning that was part of the scores activity was the different types of skill sets that I
acquire in the whole course starting from the day when we were part of a team and till the end
when the whole (Power and Roberts, 2019). My overall perspective for my existing skills has
completely changed as I was able to explore a new range of competence. That I've been able
delivered through this course activity.
The whole activity has helped me in gaining a lot of learning’s and improving the existing skills
in such a way that now I have able to get higher self confidence now I am not afraid to try
something new as a part of my group assignments. This has been a learning journey throughout
will help me in understanding all the different perspective that can lead to a individuals over all
personality development.
