Worked for a MNC which is the leading producer of FIBCs (Flexible Intermediate Bulk
Containers), as a Commercial Support Officer.
Job Profile and Responsibilities:
 To coordinate with internal departments, Engineers & project managers in case of any

 Prepare & follow-up with concerned team members from client side for smooth
processing of invoices, shipping details, package list etc.
 Manage minor documentation & co-ordination work to import raw-materials and spare-
parts.
 Collect accurate payment and banking details from client on shipping orders. Ensure all purchasing activities follow institutional policies and government regulations.
Call centre Agent (August 2010 - February 2011)
Worked as a call centre agent for a USA based Smars Telecom - World cable.
Job Profile and Responsibilities: Dealt with inbound and outbound calls i.e. sales, providing
information, troubleshooting and logging data into the CRM.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
I am of the firm belief that the course of Masters of Business Administration program at
PQR College starting from October 2019 would be the next step in my career development. I
believe that this course will serve to be a remarkable step towards the attainment of my
aspiration to excel in the field of business and management. I have all the qualifications that are
key to gaining entry into this course. My previous academic as well as professional achievements
signify that I would be a good student for your University.
By gaining admission in MBA in Finance, I will be able to apply the basics that I have
learned as a part of my graduation at an elevated level. This will act as the stepping stone for me
to develop a foundation for my career in this area of work. By carrying out this degree course, I
can easily enter fields like taxation, financial statements reporting, investment banking etc.
Belonging to a family with finance as corporate background, I possess likelihood towards
adopting a career in finance myself also since the start. Thus, a MBA degree in Finance would
help me in learning the manner in which the concepts and formulas of this field can be applied in
real life within the professional context.
