INTRODUCTION
A University is an institution of higher education that acknowledge higher degrees and various
opportunities in different fields. Its an institution where students study to get degrees all the
research related to academic session is done. It offer all the academic facilities such as
classrooms, libraries, laboratories, offices, hospital with all the extra curricular activities which
includes sports, clubs, transport and societies. An university is an institution that provides its
students all the needed resources that is important to regulate effective educational program with
so many rewards and awards. A stake holder is an individual or a group of entity that take
interest in establishing a university , they play a major role in building a university. Stakeholder
have a power to implement all the roles and regulations that can benefit an university as well as
implement academic standard for the development of students and institution. Stakeholder
includes students, professor, investor, partners, employees, university staff, alumni, suppliers and
vendors. They are responsible for advancing knowledge of students and and bring effectiveness
in the university by generating all the needed resources that helps to build university and make it
stand strong for future(Beagon and Bowe, 2018) . The aim of this report is to underline the fact
that how an university is making high changes or making an impact in tourism and hospitality
industries. It also highlights how an establishment of an university in a city can effect its
development in tourism sector. It also cornerstone the events that making a change in the city
and adding much more potential to maker a city attractive from the tourism point of view. It also

The main and the biggest impact that an universities have on local economy of the city is by the
establishment of an institution it attract more people to employ, it isn't the only benefit for the
university but for the people as well. Universities supports job by their purchases of services and
goods for the development of the university (Cavallo and Forman, 2020) . By establishment , it
needs all the manpower to make and generate effective output to run an university successfully
and to increase its productivity , through this process it create job in many sectors such as

and set standards. The university construction makes a substantial economic impact because the
funding source is mostly external. The cost involves in establishment continuous to rise and
making it too much costly for the students as well and it effects an economic growth (Worlanyo
and Jiangfeng, 2021). Building a university with large variety of educational offerings with all
the necessary needs involves too much cost and to maintained that level in future also needs
money for that, to overcome that expense university charge high amount from the students as
their fees which impacted students indirectly.

socially active as well as in producing more human capital. By making more profits will enable
them to pay more to their employees in terms of salary which will in overall help in growth of

It makes a major harmful impact on environment when an university is constructing and
cause destruction on a global level. Using heavy machinery and by mining for extracting raw
materials and naturals resources from the earth contributing more to it. The upgrading drive

By active , passive and hybrid building designs in the building can affect it positively . Optimize
building space, enhance indoor environment quality, conserve water and optimal use of each and

Using sustainable construction is very much beneficial for the environment as it uses recycled

in construction, Low emitting materials and products , self powered building are some of the
ways which universities can use to make less negative impact on environment.
Social impact of the university
Universities are making social impact in many ways but the major positive impact it made is its
social engagement by teaching activities. Teaching is the central level for nay social change nad
for increasing any social awareness. It leads to economic prosperity in marketplace. Universities
are making social impact in various ways such as by educating people, by providing
employment, by innovating different product, by conducting research and development and
many more (Lin and Magnuson, 2018) . The relationship between universities and social impact

Universities can help in providing new set of skills that meet the challenges in the community
and socializing people of social era.

Issues related to crime and health and safety
Lack of employment leads to crime in the city which is lead by unemployed people. By opening
an university in the city also leads to open hospital, canteens, shopping centre and many other
businesses in the city (Zafar and Ullah, 2020) . And by providing employment to many people in
the university also proves helpful in generating employment. Overall establishing university in
the city will Help address these problems.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded from the above report that university plays a very important role in providing
and maintaining the growth in the city. It provides various impact on the city Economically,
environmentally and socially. In the context of economic impact it creates many job

opportunities for the local people, Circulates heavy money flow in the market and by generating
heavy revenues it provides growth for individual as well as for the city also . It also makes
various environmental impacts on the city such as by the emissions of greenhouse gas it creates
carbon footprint, but by adopting sustainable designs of building it can compensate the damage
they had made while constructing university, it also defines the various other building design and
construction methods it can use which is healthy for the environment. In last this report discuss
about the social impact by the university has made which includes major demographic changes
in area, increment in education opportunities and how an implementation of university can make
change in crime, health and safety in the city.

Economic impact
 By rises no. of educated workers- By hiring educated workers in the university staff
will help in rises in the productivity of the university as they perform task much more
skilfully and that results in effectiveness in the work with that it also helpful for the
employees to generate more revenues according to their ability. Educated workers
promotes creativity and technological advances among the city. Skilled and productive
workforce provides enormous growth in economic sector and make education system
strong which in overall enhances national economy.
Environmental impact
 Recycling programs- In a need to make improvement in the environment recycling is
the most effective and sustainable method to reduce the waste generated by the
university. Using recycled products in the construction work and after construction.
Recycling can also be endorse by explaining its impact on the environment. For
sustainability concern initiatives such as composting programs to minimize the
consumption of plastic and paper for much better reuse in recycling. Recycling reduces
the need of extracting raw materials .
Social impact
 By promoting equality and diversity in the university- Universities already plays a
very important role in creating educated communities in the societies. But by
encouraging access for the students that belong to poor and rural backgrounds it can
contribute in building better future generation. Build a relationship and engage with local
