INTRODUCTION
Project management is considered to be that kind of process which is being adopted in
order to do planning, execution, controlling and closing work that is being performed by team for
achieving goal and objectives within time period specified. Main objectives of project
management has to be achieved efficiently through procedure that helps in cost controlling and
managing of task by reducing complex system. Objective of this report is related to launching of
events and universities which has to be publish technological construction of building. To attract
more students and compete with rivals universities. In this report risk factor, time involved in
project and analysis of stakeholders. Also in this report project plan has to be explained with
time and cost benefitted. Analysing with association has to be covered in the end and challenges
faced in the report as project executed.
MAIN BODY
Project management plan
Project management plan includes that kind of formal documents that has to be taken into
consideration and covers various aspects that is included within the project like cost making
process of marketing possible. Such document is written within which budget, time line and
project delivery is included. It also helps in maintain accomplishment of project within time
period specified. Project that has to be discussed in this report is related to initiating of high
technology enhancement to build universities to attract more and more student. Such plan
consists of various aspects in and are been explained as follows:

Stakeholder is being defined as the parties which is having direct impact over business and
institution. All activities of business is being carried out and in university stakeholders has an
important role to play (Padalkar and Gopinath, 2016). These are students, donors, government
and academic faculty. Analysing of stakeholders is one of the most important process that is
being designed by making involvement individuals, leaders and rivals of an organization. It is
very important to monitor interest of all stakeholders and has to manage accordingly. For QA

Ineffective communication which can lead to conflicts: Effective communication tools is being
used by project manager. So that information can be circulated and has to be occurred effectively
that helps in achieving target in desired way. If communication is ineffective is going to lead
over conflicts and disputes over increasing of chaos within the members of team.
No accountability: As per the project it is very important over accountability that has to be fixed
within the team. It is responsible for actions that is being taking place during project which helps
in making reliability over accountability of project. Also this increases effectiveness to achieve
desired objectives of a project.
Difficulty in decision-making: While working on a project can affect the ability of making
correct decisions which can lead to conflicts among team members. It is therefore important that
team members must also be engaged in taking decisions so that their views and opinions can help
in making effective decisions along with improving innovation during the project work.
Misalignment of projects and their business objectives: This is another issue which can be faced
during the execution of project as the objectives of project can be different from the overall
