Learner during the module
Throughout studying in university, I have developed understanding related to different type
of practical use of my course and how effective it will be for my future growth. The module
helps me in overcoming from low communication skills in the classroom and develops my
interest in specific areas which has a great potential for future opportunities. Listening and ability
to understand again increase during group of discussions in the classroom and hence increase my
confidence level and working with other also create strong bond of friendship. Motivation &
encouragement by professors and class mates was invaluable and it helps me to over from
problems for example stage fear. Level of understanding increase in different area and trained
me as a professional for providing ideas and thoughts for various subjects. Human development
by creating understanding for wider topic of life for example f Relationships, Sexual Health &
Parenthood and Mental Health & Wellbeing which and faces challenges as i have less experience
about it. Diving task in parts and increase level of students from zero to maximum by professor
become another advantage for growth in knowledge and increasing my capacity of work in
proper manner. Industrial visit for greater exposure increase level of understanding towards
practical implementation of module and improve professional behaviour for future interviews
and exams. Separate communication class for students again help in imparting or exchanging of
information related to speaking, writing using different medium in best possible ways. Collection
of large amount of information, knowledge and resources help me in increasing my confidence
relating to my field. Exploring opportunities in the field explanation by professor again help me
for my future targets and hence increase my focus toward particular field for the growth with
understanding of other. It improves my skill management and increases my potential to perform
various task within time limit. Management of time during classroom and personal life help me
from overcoming from stress and pressure of studies. Online studies and different tools for
knowledge prepare me for future competition for example PPT, excels and words use in
professional life. Leaving farm from home with others again increase comfort zone and improve
life skills. Money management again become another important part of life during university life.
Part time jobs and learning skills out of help in future growth and on the other hand decrease
financial problems during studies. Social life is another aspect of university and living in hostels
and pgs help in coming out from comfort zone. Meeting new people and making friends and

taking their help in different problems improve social skills. Presentation of different topic in
front of public helps in prepare for future industrial meeting or any other organization working
environment. Preparing CV and interviews by guidance of different professors in the university
again help in getting job easily and on the other hand their support in performing different
activity which increase job profile is valuable.
Future challenges and expectations of a university course
There are number of expectation after passing through module and also faces various kind
of challenges. After passing through module feel that this will less help in future growth
opportunities as it is limited to few topics and complexity increase when it comes to interview.
Different variety of question asked by HRs of organisation and giving answer to them become
difficult for me. After completing this module, thought increase my knowledge in different area
of work but when it comes to next module become difficult to target vast course which is higher
than the previous one. Time management become another difficult task for me after entering in
new module, large amount of course leads to disturbance in personal as well as professional life.
Personal life effect and did not get chance to meet new people and make them friend which
increase stress and hence become depression patient. Again as enter in new module effect life
balance as most of time consumes in study and did not get time for physical growth for example
yoga, exercise and other kind of refreshing activities. Health issue increases because of
imbalance life and hence medical treatments and other things increase living cost during module.
As most of time consume in studies, part time job schedule affected from it and hence decrease
financial capacity to survive in challenging university life. As the financial capacity decreases,
cutting in other prices become difficult for me and on the other hand university expenditure in
new module is comparatively high. As the course was limited in old module so new module task
and course completion become difficult which decrease my percentage and hence effect on
chances getting job. Giving chance to social life become difficult and hence effect on social
awareness and personal growth which is very necessary for future. Professional growth chances
become negligible as number of task increasing and focus on it, give less chance for developing
quality such as leadership. Communication programs did not help in overcomes from burden and
on the other hand this kind of growth program become time consuming and overburden. Focus
on studies decrease the chances of exposure of industrial visit which is necessary for future
growth. Extracurricular activities for example college programs, sport week and other

participation decreases which is very important for CV. It will become difficult to pay increasing
rent and universities fees and on the other side banks provides limited funds for universities fees.
Because of high stress, it becomes difficult to participate in group meetings of college and hence
effect on communication skills of me. Large number of task has to completed on online tools for
example PPT, word and excels which again consume lots of time in understanding and
organizing work and sometimes fail to submit file on given deadline. Extra classes of CV build
and other professional development programs become less interesting. Overall it becomes
difficult to manage personal and professional life.
