TASK 4 Reflection report
Reflect on University experience
While conducting my studies at university, I have learn various things that helps in my
career progression. It will also assist in taking more and more opportunity as per my talent as
well as competent. Therefore, firstly there are various issues which are faced by me when I went
at University such as lack of knowledge, competence as well as a skill and also I do not have
good communication skill in order to communicate with other person. Therefore I am focusing
on my skills in order to interact with other individual person in an appropriate manner and makes
good friends. In assistance of this, while organised my studies at university, it is necessary to
have knowledge or skills in both academic and education for increasing my skill in an
appropriate manner (Sparr, Knipfer and Willems, 2017). It is also necessary to have extra skill as
well as capability that helps in improving the good image or reputation in the society in an
appropriate way. Therefore, when I started my studies then I'm focusing on taking participation
in co- curricular activities such as festivals, programs events that are organised by the University
in order to realise my extra skill. In assistance of this I am also capable to assess that what is my
strength as well as weakness in order to perform my work in an appropriate way. Therefore, I
have to find out my skill of taking decision in various sectors and also in the different situations
that helps in completion of project in an appropriate way. During the team work, I am also able
to assess that I have a superior technological skill or knowledge that help in improving my level
of presentation in front of seniors or superiors. There are various kinds of issues as well as
problems which are confronting by me at university and also understand or learn innovative
things that helps in achieving goal and objective in pre-decided period of time. It will also assists
in improving or boosting my career as per my knowledge, competence as well as a skill Then I
study at University that helps in assessing the superior provide support that help in improving
skill and also organised assessment that give a review. In assistance of this, there are various
teachers as well as superior who provide support to me in order to carry out my project in an
proper manner and provide the proper guidance that help in completing my project on timely
manner. Therefore, for understanding different situation as well as experience I can adopt
different types of models as well as theories for completing the project. Therefore I adopt Gibbs

model that offer me a different kind of learning from the level of experience of an individual
person. It is a type of model that help in assessing the level of experience and also offer cyclic
nature that helps in repeat their experience in particular way. It provides allowance to the
individual person to learn more and more things in an appropriate manner. There are various
kinds of stages in relation to Gibbs model that is given below as per my level of experience that
is going to be mentioned below:
Depiction: In this stage the main focus is on data or information that is considered as a
significant. There are various enquiries such as how it is occurred, where, who, when as well as
how it will be occurred. In this stage it helps me in relation to my experience that has taken from
my university that assists in assessing my strength and weakness in appropriate way. In
assistance of this I also assess the situation on condition that helps in assessing that I have some
kind of skill which is considered as the strength and what are considered as my weakness.
Feeling it is talk regarding the feeling during episode that is clearly mentioned there is
various kind of question like what a particular person want to feel before occurrence during as
well as after it. And it has also been analysed that what the other individual person thinks before
during or after the occurrence. Therefore I will assess that feeling in every particular situation or
condition that I have experienced in my University like every individual person focuses on
taking appropriate decisions that help in improving level of presentation and at that time every
individual person will appreciate me. Therefore I will feel happy because every individual person
motivates me (Venter and Goede, 2018). On the other hand in the basic level when I am not
capable to communicate with the other individual person then I feel lonely as well as sad because
I only have limited kind of friends at the time of University. Therefore regarding feeling I help
an individual person in taking appropriate decisions which will be beneficial in future period of
time.
Evaluation It helps in assessing or analysing the different circumstances or situation.
Therefore, they carry out the work that provides the positive outcomes and there are both
favourable as well as adverse outcome that is come from different circumstances or situation.
Therefore it is necessary to assess or analyse the episode. In this level I will focus on assessing
my experience for considering what is determined as a good or what is determined as a bad. This
help in making appropriate strategy as per the different situation or condition. However it will
also assist me in determining the level of experience in bad condition and what is the reason

behind this and what will be the outcome in future period of time. Therefore, their main focus is
on assessing the experience level in future period of time also it help in conducting appropriate
strategy as well as plan in different situation in an appropriate manner.
Analysis herein I am focusing on thinking regarding what will be held in different
situation or circumstances. It helps in improving my referencing skill. In this stage it is necessary
to consider the situation or circumstances in which I am focusing on improving strategies as well
as tactics in an appropriate manner that help in taking appropriate decisions in future period of
time. In assistance of this it also assist me in assessing my level of experience in appropriate way
that helps in taking appropriate decisions which will be beneficial for individual person in future
period of time (Zulaiha and Mulyono, 2018).
Conclusion herein the individual person focuses on what they achieved from the particular
circumstance or situation. They also analyse what they will do in different situation as well as
how they will respond to the particular situation in order to achieve the favourable outcome
during the particular phase of time period. It is considered as a second last level of Gibbs model
that help in assessing my learning as well as experience in different situation or circumstances. I
am also focuses on organising work in different situations that help in achieving the favourable
outcome in good way. For instance when I started my University, my communication skill is not
too good therefore I am not capable to interact with other person in an appropriate manner so that
I am focusing on increasing my communication skills in order to make new friends. Due to this
the teachers or superiors also provide me a guidance regarding completion of project that helped
me in finishing the project in timely manner. Therefore I am also capable to learn more and more
things that assist me in my career progression.
Action plans here in it is necessary for an individual person to deal with every situation
and circumstances in an appropriate manner. Therefore it is important for individual person to
have the capability that helps in dealing with situation in an appropriate manner. It helps them in
achieving a favourable outcome during the particular phase of time period. And they also
improve their work which is necessary to achieve favourable outcome. It is considered as a last
level of this model that helped me in improving my action plan in order to generate my future
better by developing my strength as well as weakness.
By using the Gibbs model I am focusing on assessing as an understanding the experience
level in an appropriate manner. In addition to this, they can also improve my strategies as well as

plan that help in enhancing my skills as well is understanding my strength that help in achieving
goals as well as objective in timely manner. It will also help in improving my career progression
as well as development in future period of time (Magnani and Bertolotti, 2017).

Action plan is considered as a detailed plan that helps in outlining actions in order to
achieve goal as well as objective in stipulated period of time. Therefore, it is important for
individual one to tackle every conditions in good way. Hence, it is important for individual
person to have the capability that helps in dealing with situation in an appropriate manner. It
helps them in achieving a favourable outcome during the particular phase of time period. And
they also improve their work which is necessary to achieve favourable outcome. It is considered
as a last level of this model that helped me in improving my action plan in order to generate my
future better by developing my strength as well as weakness.
