INTRODUCTION
Reflection report is the summary of an individual's gained knowledge and new insights
on the basis of some experiences. It describes all the past events affected heavily in the
individual's life. This written piece is the evidence of knowledge and skills which are developed
by participating in the four main challenges in the university. The following reflection report will
summarize and analyses the business angles of every challenge to learn works done in
businesses. The report reflects on the particular personal skills that are developed and describes
an action plan to make skill improvements continuously for the sake of growth.
MAIN BODY
Individual report
This following report is the reflection of my recent experience of developing persona;
skills which were required to be successful at university. I will discuss some challenges that were
given and was mandatory to actively participate to learn how to face lack of knowledge and
skills. It is the evidence of my participation in the given challenges and my learnings when I go
through at that phase of my life. I actively participated in every challenge that was concentrating
on the business angles related to branding, finance, operations and how they actually work to
balance their environment (Gamboni, 2017).
My university given me debate challenge in which I was challenged to make arguments with
my classmates about the operations of multinational company. I was demonstrating my skills
were getting out properly. I managed to keep calm while others were interfering in between my
turn but still I have described that particular company priorly get possible ways of known how
operations should be perceived (Hadi, Rizka and Tarmizi, 2020). The university asked me
several questions during the challenge but I skilfully executed all the factors such as ethics,
emotions and rationality. Some elements were kept in my mind that how will I look forward to
achieving victory by putting effective amount of impacts that will critically evaluate all the facts
and help me in winning the debate. Skills of communication were demonstrated by me along
with giving evidence of my emotional intelligence.
According to the university they were challenging us with different types of challenges for
refining our skills which will support us in coming up with the solutions of facing an issue in the

future. Secondly I was ready to accept the presentation challenge which was very critical
because it was not given to perform individually. I was equally involved and was active in
understanding all the requirements and presentation scenario that could let me improve
personally. Challenge was making me more flexible and was encouraging me in presenting
myself and my partners very well. Presentation challenge supported me and encouraged my
creativity of developing business skills. This particular challenge helped me and my personality
to grow properly according today's generations. It has to be completed with the team-mates. I
tried very hardly to virtually communicate with team members and participate in the challenge
and must work with a lot of contribution in completing the challenge and submission process.
Team work skills of mine were demonstrated during those activities because I was successfully
involved in creating the best presentation and edit video by co-ordinating with them on online
platform. My time-management skills were evidently appreciable by the scholars as they have
challenge to complete the entire presentation in three days I proved myself in this challenge by
completing it in the given time bound (Ghadimi, Wang and Lim, 2019).
Third major challenge which was given by our university was t-shirt challenge. In this our
scholars divided all the classmates into team of five members and equally allotted task according
the topics related to our topics (Abbasi, Siddiqi and Azim, 2011). The task was to draw a logo on
the t-shirts. The topic that was given to us was about environment awareness. During the
challenge we were facing some issues regarding dissimilar perspectives (Chu and et.al, 2017).
Later, the problem resolved by ourself, and we all divided our work based on the individual's
expertise. The challenge was in process and everyone was working as per their roles and were
appropriately active to maintain perfection to be awarded and get to learn something that could
support us in the future (Amin, Kamal and Sohail, 2016). Actually this challenge was conducted
to enhance our business skills and let us think in the business angle of branding where the
organizations statistically uses their skills in designing their products and spread brand awareness
among the market. By the concept of allotting challenges for us by university I prepared my
main motto that was to accomplish the task with a lot of logic and get positive outcomes out of it.
During this challenge my presentation and competencies skills were getting demonstrated as in
the before challenge I learned to represent my skills in slides and using spreadsheets but now this
challenge enabled me to refresh my mind and believe in myself.

At last the major and very interesting challenge for me was hotel challenge. In this task the
academy asked us the business practices and management of the hotels and how they work
effectively in the industry to achieve higher positions (Bejinaru, 2018). University also
challenged us to look forward regarding the issues and challenges faced in the hotel industry.
According my learnings and knowledge and research process I have given answers to the
scholars by demonstrating my emotional intelligence skills like I mentioned that they face issue
of hiring and retaining staff very much as the customers demand cleanliness and manners.
Modifications in market dynamics and trends were affecting the hotel industry very much and
creating issues in its operations. Changes in the expectations of guest and housekeeping issues
were faced frequently. Challenges of guest data security and irregular inflows of cash was also a
big challenge which was putting heavy impact on the hotel industry (Click, 2018). Guest's does
not compromise in excellent service related to technology was also a huge issue which I
mentioned in front of all the classmates and scholars. By describing those problems, finally I
mentioned that the hotel industry is very complex. All members appreciated and encouraged me
to make improvements in self-confidence that is very vital part of an individual. Hotel challenge
was teaching me very great experiences because it was very great opportunity for me to fascinate
my scholar by showing my management skills and get more chances of inspiring other with my
study and work. This challenge supported me very much to evidence my business skills and
make improvements continuously because those are the best skills of all to be balanced in the
future to be successful.
Therefore, all the challenges were accomplished successfully, and I was prepared to build up an
exact way to come up with challenges which I can suffer in my business life.
I prepared an action plan to grow my required skills within the next three years at my university.
My entire report is reflection of my experience story but still I believe to demonstrate an
evidence based approach to cover the discussion based on challenges and skills.
