INTRODUCTION
A challenge is considered as issues or hurdles which impact on the attainment of goal or
objective. In respect of students life they go through several challenges which affect their growth
as well as attainment of desire goal. So it is essential for students to understand those challenges
and develop skills accordingly as that will help them in resolve it effectively as well as
successfully (Adams and et. al., 2020). There are some of the common and essential skills which
a students need to have such as communication, presentation, understanding, problem solving
and many more. The respective report is based on the three challenges which help in developing
skills and abilities which required for the succession at university. Respective report includes
presentation challenges, Apprentice Challenges and T shirt Challenge as well as it will also
describe about the action plan in order to resolve it successfully.
MAIN BODY
Presentation Challenge
The presentation challenge is based on the issues which I faced while develop a
presentation on the TESCO at the University. Due to this I not able to develop effective
presentation as well as it also impact while I am delivering presentation in front of others. The
respective challenge arise because of I am lacking in some skills such as communication,
problem solving, time management, research, presentation skills and many more. Due to lack in
these skills I am not able to deliver quality presentation in the class on TESCO that directly
affect my marks or grade (Almarzooq, Lopes and Kochar, 2020). Along with this due to lack in
my communication skill, I not able to interact with audiences in effective manner as well as I am
also lack in time management skill due to which I not able to deliver and finish presentation on
time. I am also lack in research skill due to which I am not able to develop appropriate
presentation which is based on authenticate as well as reliable information. Moreover these skills
in which I am lacking will directly or indirectly impact on my grads or masks which further
affect on my career. So it is essential for me to develop proper action plan which help in
developing these skills so that I can deliver effective presentation at the university.

The SMART objective through which I can overcome from the presentation challenge is
I want to enhance my skills like communication, presentation, time management, problem
solving and so on as these are required to develop effective presentation in next 3 years. Below
some of the main skills which I needed for delivering effective presentation as well as it action
plan for increase those skills are also given:-
 Communication Skill – Through respective skill I can deliver effective presentation as
well as it will also help me in interacting with audiences so that I can clear their queries
or issues related to presentation (Andama, 2020)(Bakar, 2020). In order to develop this
skill in next 3 years I will attain classes under professional as well as I also attain
workshop of experts or professional so that I can understand how they deliver such great
presentation in front of huge audiences. In addition to this I will also conduct practice by
myself so that I can develop confidence that I can face audiences as well as I take more
part in presentation to enhance my skills in next 3 years in successful manner.
 Time management skill – It is essential for me to have time management skill so that I
can deliver my presentation on time with all essential information or data or statistics.
Through this I will also able to understand how to priorities the information and data in
the presentation so that I can deliver it effectively on allotted time. In order to enhance
this skill in next 3 years I will attain training classes of presentation as they will help in
developing skills through which I can priorities my information and deliver it on time. In
addition to this I will also conduct practice by myself so that I will know how to deliver
presentation on time.
By improving these skills I will able to overcome presentation challenge in effective
manner as well as it will also help me in getting good grade at the University as well as it will
also help me in my future career when I get job.

T shirt Challenge
Challenges related to the T shirt project are budget, marketing, customer expectation and
so on. This is so because by I am not able to convince more people to purchase T shirt which
affect expected profit ratio (da Silva, 2020). Moreover I also not able to conduct marketing in
effective manner as well as I also not able to clear doubt of customers so that they get
encouraged to purchase T shirt. This is generally happen because I am lacking in some of the
skills such as marketing skills, understanding skills, communication skills, problem solving,
budgeting skill and many more. I get to know that I am lacking in communication and
understanding skill when I am interacting with one customer who went to purchase t shirt, I
understand that I am not able to make other understand that what I want to say. Along with this, I
also determine that I am lack in budgeting skills because I am not able to decide the price of T
shirt due to which I change price in after some day which directly impact on goodwill of T shirt
project. I also understand that I am also not able to resolve issues to customers because I not able
to display appropriate t shirt according to their expectation (Hunter and May, 2020). So it is
essential for me enhance these skills so that I can overcome T shirt challenge in effective as well
as appropriate manner. This is so because through it I can sale more and more t shirt by attracting
huge numbers of audiences as well as by improving my convincing skills me able to convince as
well as encourage others to purchase t shirt so that I can earn more profits. In addition to this, it
will also help me in increasing my profit according to my set prices.
For enhancing these skills I need to develop SMART objective i.e. I want to enhance my
skills in next 3 years so that I can increase my sales by 30 %. In addition to this, for attaining
respective SMART objective I need to enhance my skills and for that I need to develop action

plan related to that. Below some of the main skills along with their action are mentioned which I
need to follow so that I can handle T shirt challenge in effective manner:-
 Communication skill – It is one of the main skill which a person or student need to have
in order to make effective career. By having this skill I will able to interact with
customers properly as well as convince them to purchase my T shirt on the set price. In
order to enhance this skill I can attain training under professional in next 3 years as at that
place I able to understand how to communicate with others effective so that they get
convince.
 Budgeting Skill – I need to increase respective skill so that I can make proper budget
which help me in gaining high profit at the potential market (Richmond and Church,
2020). In order to increase respective skill I will take training under a person who is
expert in finance section because they will teach me how to set budget according to the
targeted customers in effective manner. In addition to this, how to offer discount so that it
not impact on profit ratio.
By improving these skills I will able to handle T shirt challenge in effective manner as
well as it will also help me in getting good grade at the University as I complete project properly
as well as it will also help me in getting best job.
Apprentice Challenge
The respective challenge is related to situation when I am conducting internship at the
LSST (London school of science and technology) during conducting the internship I able to
known that I am lacking in some skills which I need to have for making effective as well as
successful future. Skills which I need to have are communication skills, research skills,
understanding skills, team working skills and many more (Rodhiya and Wijayati, 2020). This is
so because when I am conducting internship and during this I need to interact as well as work
with other team members. I get to know that I am lacking in these skills when I started
conducting works with others as I not feel much comfortable with other due to which I not able
to showcase my talent as well as skills in front of others. In addition to this due to lack research
skill I not able to gather authenticate as well as reliable information for the project which I am
conducted at the London school of science and technology.

In order to overcome these issues I need to develop SMART objective i.e. I want to
improve my research, communication and team working skills in next 3 years so that I conduct
internship in effective way. In order to attain my SMART objective I need to develop action plan
so that I known the strategy for developing specific skills in effective as well as appropriate
manner. Below action plans for some main skills are given:-
 Research Skill – It is essential for me to increase this skill so that I can conduct proper
research at my internship. Through this skill I able to gather authenticate as well as
reliable information or data in effective manner. In order to improve this skill I need to
conduct internship under the professional researcher so that they will teach me which
information can be reliable for the specific topic.
 Communication Skill – I need to increase this skill so that I can effectively communicate
with others at the time of internship or job. By having this skill I able to make others
understand what I want to convey them as well as I also convince them to conduct any
work (Stewart, Denecke and Brown, 2020). In order to enhance respective skill I can
conduct internship under the professional person as well as I can increase my
understanding by conducting self studies through online medium.
 Team working skill – By having this skill I can interact with my team members in
effective manner as well as it will also help me in conducting work with others in proper
manner. In order to enhance respective skill in next 3 years I need to interact with others
as well as I need to observe my seniors to know that how they interact other so
effectively.
By improving these skills I will able to handle apprentice challenge in effective manner
as well as it will also help me in getting good grade at the University as I complete project
properly with my team members in effective manner.

CONCLUSION
By analyzing above mentioned point it can be summarized and determined that for a
student it is essential to identify as well as understand issues or challenges which they faced
while conducting their studies. These issues can be based on different situation such as
presentation, developing budget, studies and so on. In addition to this it is essential for students
to understand these issues and develop action plans accordingly because that will help them in
resolving issues effectively. Through this they also able to develop a successful future or career
because they know how to face as well as overcome challenges in effective manner.
