Personal Statement

This is to put in kind notice that the reason behind the selection of HR course is my personal
skills and interest with regards to human resource management. According to my experience I
was not really connected to human resource, I was a window fixer and also worked as a driver. I
have been awarded Energetic at The Technical college in my graduation. Later on I was an
assistant PC analyst at the Military Training centre. But later on I got an interest in the Human
resource management as I observed the growing need of it within each and every organisation.
The major skills and competencies in me is that I am honest, punctual, hard-working, ambitious
and a good organiser. I have a good command over two languages Romanian and English, which
may help me to manage and maintain human resources by gaining more knowledge about it in
my 3rd year course in your university.
The other skills in I have effective knowledge regarding information technology, I can
easily work on various software such as Microsoft word, Power-point, Publisher etc. This may
be very beneficial for my career in the human resources, I also have impressive social skills
which helps me to work in a team with professionalism. Due to the change in interest I changed
my employment goals, rather than working as a window fixer I would now like to work as a
Human resource manager in an organisation. I am also a fun loving and happing person with an
extra skill of playing music as a Dj. All these skills makes me confident to be a part of your
university and attain good knowledge in human resource management. Kindly assist me in
joining the 3rd year of HR in your university so that I can gain detailed knowledge and degree in
human resource management as well as set my career in the same field.
