Part A- Justification
Answer to question 1
I prepared the document for Portfolio 1 and I presented mys assignment verbally to
my professors which show that I have the required interpersonal skills as well as the verbal
communication skills.
Answer to question 2
While conducting this assignment at the time of completion of the portfolio 3 I had to
work on a case study. I had to read the case study well and had to answer a couple of
questions, so that signifies my reading skills.
Answer to question 3
I completed the assignment with the assistance of my friends. At the time completion
of completion of portfolio 2, we discuss the topic and my friends help me in writing the
reflective writing part of the portfolio 2.
Answer to question 4
I have mentioned about the ethical behaviours, social aspects and privacy aspects with
respect to ICT in the Portfolio 1. The ransomware has been discussed by me in the Portfolio,
the details of the ransomware and its viral effect has been elaborated in Portfolio 1. As a
result of this ransomware virus, there is a chance of sensitive data breach and privacy of the
users can be threatened. Therefore security measures must be taken to control the
ransomware virus. The privacy and legacy aspects in relation to ICT have been illustrated.

During the completion of this 4 Portfolio I learnt a lot, my professors helped me
whenever I got stuck, my friends also assisted me in the progress. I am really grateful to
them.
Answer to question 6
The importance of security measures has been highlighted in the Portfolio 1 and in the
Portfolio 2 reflective writing, I have clearly mentioned the use of antivirus software,
advanced encryption techniques and the use of firewalls. All these aforesaid security
technologies are responsible to protect and secure the enterprises' system and database from
the hands of hackers. This ICT security technology is capable to furnish the business
operations in a secured manner.

This assignment has taught me to work as a team. This assignment thus helps me to
work collaboratively. This can be useful for me in future. In the office premises, the project
manager assigns a particular project to a team. It is the duty of each of the team member to
accomplish the entire successfully. For that, the team members should communicate with
each other daily, again the team members should interact with seniors and the project
manager. This collaboration technology can help to get the best outcome.

Answer to question 1
The assignment and the four portfolios have taught us that security control measures
are important to ensure security and privacy of the users, the security control measures are
important for the enterprises so that they conduct business operations in a well-secured

manner. The other thing that this assignment has taught us is the ACS Code of Professional
Conduct, this teaches us to perform business operations ethically. I like both these two
aspects.
Answer to question 2
There are two improvements that this assignment lacks. The assignment can include a
case study based on leadership skills so that the students can learn and adopt the desired
leadership qualities to run a business. The assignment can include a separate portfolio based
on project methodologies like PRINCE2, PMBOK, this can helps the students to learn about
the project methodologies that can help them to carry out business operations in agile and
effective manner.
