a. A well-established university has one of the successful and largest portfolios of the
courses that are available online. This University is the first UK higher education
institutions to create a fully comprehensive model of online university. The university
wants to create a classroom that is like the Ecole 42. The Ecole 42 is a private, tuition free
and Xavier Niel started non-profit school of computer programming and provides the
fund for the programme (Peris-Ortiz, Llera and Rueda-Armengot 2017). The IT project
initiative for the university is very good and the University should start it. The way of
teaching the students will be changed and the lessons will be delivered utilising various
kinds of media that consists of sessions those are live and recorded. The mission and the
vision of the university is to be a pioneer and leader in advances in the development of
education. In order to start the program like the Ecole 42, they have been funded for the
research and development so that they can use the fund for new and innovative ideas in
order to support the students of the university. The initiative of the project is unique and
there are few universities that have taken such steps for the students. This will make the
student of the university solve the lessons very hard and it will replace the traditional
blackboard teaching (Marquer 2019). The teachers will record the lessons in form of
presentations and then show it to the students with the help of projectors. The teachers
can also teach the students online through Skype or such type of technology. The teaching
will involve various types of media and it will consist of live and recorded sessions.
These methods will help the students to solve the complex lessons of the students.
The viability of the product or the service is an essential factor that affects its
sustainability and the success that is long term. The prototyping of the course is important, as
it should be seen that the course is feasible or not. After the assessment of the feasibility and

the viability of the course are done, it should be launched in the market to test the course in
the market. Prototyping the course is very important, as it will run around Ecole 42. The
project initiative should be prototyped to see whether will be working like the Ecole 42
(Menold et al 2016).
b. The objective of the University is to be a pioneer and a leader in advances in the
development of education and to implement a course like the Ecole 42 and it will not
have any classes, no teachers and no books (Rahimnia and Kargozar 2016). These are the
two objective of the university and the university will be successful in meeting the
objective as they have received funds for the research and development and they will use
it to support the students.
The university should have a strategic plan so they can properly implement the
technology in its campus and provide the students with excellent education.
Education: Through a commitment to the personal education, the university will offer a
quality experience and education that will equip the student with skills, values and
discipline those are intellectual and it will enable the students to contribute towards the
society that is positive (Baginski et al 2017).
Research: This University will upgrade the life of millions and solves the real world
problems through collaborations and partnerships. The University provides the students
with research equipments and technologies that will help the students in their education
and learning
People: The people are the foundation of the success of the university. The university will
be a world class for research, teaching as it helps the students using technologies, and it
provides an open environment that permits the staff to flourish and grow.

Resources: The University provides scholarships to the students and helps the students
financially. The University provides various resources to the students as the University is
going to implement new technologies in their campus like the Ecole 42 (Riku and
Setyohadi 2017). These will not have any books, no teachers and they will use variety of
media like recorded and live sessions by the teachers in order to solve the problems and
the lessons of the students removing the barrier of traditional blackboard classes.
c. The objective of the initiative is to provide a quality education to the students free of cost.
The main advantage of the initiative is that they will not have any books, teachers or
blackboards and they will be taught using media such as live sessions and recorded
sessions (Peris-Ortiz, Llera and Rueda-Armengot 2017). According to the strategic plan
of the University, the university can provide excellent education to the students of the
University so they can have skills and values and they can contribute it towards the
society. The next plan of the university is research. The initiative in the research of the
students and it will have variety of courses that will help the students. The next initiative
of the university is people.
The objective of the initiative is including people in the initiative so that they can help the
University in implementing the technology and help the students to get used to with the
technology. The aim of the initiative is to provide excellent education to the student of the
university without the use of books as this initiative will follow Ecole 42. Various media will
be used in order to carry out the teaching, the traditional blackboard teaching will be
replaced, and the complex lessons and the problems will be solved (Peris-Ortiz, Teulon and
Bonet-Fernandez 2017). The next plan of the university is to provide excellent resources to
the students. The aim of the initiative is to offer appropriate education and it will consist of
various resources that will be provided by the University such as the course will be free of
