Introduction
In this report, effective study has been conducted on the communication intents and inter-
personal relation of persons to prepare business strategic planning. This report is based on the
case analysis of JKL industries. In this report total three parts and one presentation has been
prepared to evaluate all the possible factors and communication problems of JKL industries.

Formulation of effective communication strategies in JKL industries
It is evaluated that due to the non-effective communication strategies JKL industries has
been facing various short term and long term issues such as failure to achieve set goals and
objectives, no grievances resolution program, less effective compliance program.

In this scenario, being Brisbane Branch Manager I have answered all these questions after
evolution the case of JKL industries and problems faced by company throughout the time.
Answer to question-1
JKL industries has followed religious accommodation polices and Anti-discrimination act in its
value chain activities. It is evaluated that no employees should be discriminated on the basis of
race, caste, gender or religious. In this case, that employees should not be forced to make
contribution however, being a part of the team he should join the team to celebrate the occasion
or festival with each other as part of his employment responsibilities. If these policies and
programs are followed in organization then it will increase the team spirit and outcome of
business in determined approach. However, adoption of these policies will increase the cultural
diversity and increase the overall business effectiveness in determined approach.

Company should make mandatory program and compliance for all the employees to take
participation in organization’s program.

In order to suggest the team or employee of JKL, there is need to conduct the employee
engagement program. In addition to this, internal organizational policies bullet could also been
issued to employees. Another way to communicate these new policies could also be to post these
changes in policies on the company’s website. Moreover, forward system generated mail to each
and every employee may increase the transparency of these policies and standard program
(Kinnie, et al, 2005).
Answer to question-2
Employees are the key pillars who should be communicated all the issues and company’s
policies in determined approach. It is evaluated that there are several potential problem which
team will face due to less effective networking and cultural issues such as less communication
between team, diversity problems, low level of productivity and increased grievances and
conflicts in team with each other’s.
In order to maintain these conflict, there is need to provide them the proper team management
process and learning outcomes to everyone. Each and every employee should be given proper
level of training program where they need to learn the benefits which company gets while
working as team (Bolman and Deal, 2017).
I am very passionate about my own intents and very much inclined toward following assertive
communication style
The main communication style which I would suggest to JKL industry to follow is Assertive
style. In this style, each and every employee should be allowed to express their own opinion and

ideas in front of mangers and team leaders. However, team leaders and management department
needs to consider their view points and conflicts which employees facing in their employment.
In this scenario I would suggest to JKL industry to follow is Assertive style.
In my previous workplace, I followed aggressive and assertive communication style. I realized
that if employees are forced to do particular act then it will increase the employment turnover of
particular company which will ultimately result to increased overall production cost. Then I
realized that I should follow assertive style in which employees should be allowed to express
their own opinion and ideas in front of mangers and team leaders. With the help of these
communication styles, I could convince all the employees to follow particular cultural issues and
program. It increases the overall efficiency and productivity of organization (Laudon, and
Laudon, 2016).

Being a manger to Brisbane area, if I could maintain good relation with internal and external
employees then it could build positive relationship to achieve my own goals. I have goals to
convince all the employees to adopt newly developed organization culture. This level of
closeness and friendly behavior will help me to understand their core values and perception. This
will help me to formulate strategic plans to communicate new policies with them. Networking
with them is the core intent for the success of implemented policies in organization.
