information and getting employed. The companies are also using social media to hire and recruit
candidate.
 Besides that, individuals are creating profile on social media and making connections with others
to find out job opportunities. Thus, use of resources has made it easy to get search for job roles. In
addition to it, there are many new employment websites emerged as well.
 With help of sources cost and time of both candidates and companies is saved. The overall
process has been eased.

Facebook
 A social networking platform where people are able to make friends all around the world.
It allows people to share their views, thoughts, etc. to others. In this platform there are
many companies who create own pages.
 They share, news, jobs updates, vacancies, etc. Besides that, people also post requirement
available in their company.
 Thus, it makes easy to find out vacancy or reference for any job. This source highly helps
in providing information about any job vacancy and getting people employed.
