INTRODUCTION
It is very important for the individual to do a good research in the college and
administration and the aim of the individual is to learn the various aspect and gain knowledge to
develop further in the skills. The effective learning and the aspect an increase in the efficiency of
the work for the students and this can help in the persona development and growth. The various
courses, growth campaigns, career formation programmes etc. help the students to develop them
and learn the management which is required further in the professional life. The learning is
continuous aspect for the individual which is prepared by the university in order to train the
students. This report is based on the essay which will include my reflection about the learning
and knowledge and how can to overcome such issues that are faced during it. Likewise, it will
involves self assessment that will involves about my abilities and weaknesses.
MAIN BODY
How and why developed as a learner during this module:
As being the student and the learner in the university which supported me to become the
an effective listener and gain the proper knowledge. The university helped in the various aspect
which developed my skills and knowledge in an effective and efficient manner. My learning
started with the self studies which is an important aspect for me to understand the matter and the
things in detail. The professors and the tutors helped me a lot in learnings and understanding the
difficult terms in the university. I found that the professors which helped me during my studies is
an effective approach for understanding the topic very clearly which I was not able to
understand. There were various courses in my university which helped in understanding the
management aspect. The exam was the time which helped me in understanding more better as
this was the time when I used to focus on getting good marks which enhanced my productivity
and the learning aspect in the college. The se4lf study is one of the way which I continued as if
the professor have taught a topic in the class then I used to repeat and read that again with my
notes which helped me a lot in becoming a better learner. From this habit I was able to learn
better and this resulted in the good and effective learner.
There various programmes in my college assist me in understanding the concept of the
management and the effectiveness sin the further professional life. The use of the various sources

such as books, videos, and the programs helped me in understanding the concept of the courses
outside the classroom. My professor helped me in analysing the various websites through which
the understanding can be made better. The various projects, reports, research paper and the
assignments helped in knowing that how much I was able to grab within the classroom. It is very
important for me to have a good concentration level while studying. From my tutors I was able t
understand the importance of the concentration required while listening. This is the most
important thing which I have learned during my studies. For making the better concentration I
used to practice the mediation which helped me a lot. Also, I was able to better in the group
studies, this is the another thing which I learned that in group studies I used make things clear to
my friends and I was able to grab more information form my friends. This is the things which
enhances in gaining more knowledge in the group studies. As my teacher are experienced
individuals who help me in my learning manner. They were very impressed of my hard work in
learning and that's why they were so satisfied to support me as they understand that I am willing
to learn with my own choice. As during my studies there were several seminars which were
conducted which helped me in analysing my weak areas and I was able to enhance on the various
skills. This helped me a lot in developing a different personalty in front of my professor and
friends.
Reflection on how to accomplish future challenges of the institution course:
It is been analysed that the educational management are the medium that offers learners
an aspect to create themselves in respect to deal and develop in their furthermore endeavours.
The various courses which is been provided by the universities help the individual to gain the
knowledge and development of the skills. I faced various challenges while studying as I was not
able to analyse that from where the content needed to be find out in order to do the projects or
the assignments. This was the biggest challenge which I faced. The time management was the
another challenging for me that I was not able to manage my work on the time. Also, there was
the stress of preparing for the exam and as well as compelti8ng the projects before the deadline
was the toughest task for me. It is very difficult at time to stay focus on one particular thing.
Also, despite of the various challenges I was abler to manage the various things and was able to
make myself creative in performing the various task.

CONCLUSION
From the above report it is concluded that the creation of the knowledge and creativity is
the essential part for the development and growth of the individual. The individual need to focus
on the skills and bee consistent in the learning which can help further in the professional
development. This is an important aspect in the university to become an effge4ctive learner and
the various courses help in understanding the concept of the management.
