REFLECTION
I am pursuing my studies from the university of London. This is because of various
reasons that have attracted me in making selection of this university for undertaking my studies.
The selection of the university has been made due to the major reason that is relates with
curriculum. The course work of the study is appropriate as it can assist me in future course of
time. This has significant role in gaining effectiveness in terms of personal as well as
professional development. This would assist me in my career growth as well as development for
long run course of time. Another major reason that has assisted me in selecting the university of
London is the brand image. The image of the university is sound within the market. As this
educational institute is effective in offering quality services to the students. Thus leads to
development of the career of the student in an effective manner. This is the major reason that
have developed interest in me to pursue my further studies at university of London. In addition to
this I have personal preference in making selection this university as it effectively offers quality
services to the students and supports them in building suitable career related opportunities in
future course of time. This assist me in bringing enhancement in growth and development within
me to a significant level.
There is presence of greater strengths and weaknesses that are being possess by me. This
would act as an aid for me in carrying out the studies at university of London in an effective
manner. I possess the skills such as communication. This would assist me in building suitable
relationship with the colleagues. Thus sharing of knowledge and information can be done with
greater effectiveness. In addition to this through sound communication skills I am able to take
part in the programs that are being organized by college in an appropriate manner. In addition to
this I possess sound skills relating with carrying out research. Thus this will help me in carrying
out the live research projects at the university with greater effectiveness. With this I would be
able to develop my career in an effective manner. However there is existence of certain
weaknesses that are being possessed by me. Such to a greater extent can affect my studies at
university of London. Further it might affect my ability towards carrying out my studies in an
effective way. The skills that I lack is presentation skills. Because of such my ability to perform
information before large number of audience is affected to a significant level. In addition to this
such has decreased my level of confidence as well. There is greater need to bring improvement

in such skills of mine as it affects my overall development and career growth as well as
advancements. In addition to this I have major weakness that is leadership skills. This is in terms
of ability to influence the behavior of other. This is affect me in situation when team activity is
required to be performed at university of London.
My major aim behind pursuing from university of London is to attain something that can
assist me in fulfilling by wishes for the years to come. I would wish to see development in my
theoretical as well as conceptual knowledge in the next three years. As such would leads to my
personal growth and development. In addition to this I would wish to have proper understanding
of the subject. This is is because it will groom my personality and develop my knowledge and
prospects for growth in an effective manner. In the coming ten years I would wish to see a career
growth and advancement in terms of professional development. I would wish to possess
employability skills that can assist me in carrying out my future job in an effective manner. This
would ensure my overall growth and development that would result in generation of greater
employment opportunities for me. I wish to be an individuals who has greater skills that are
required to perform a particular job with greater effectiveness. With this I can attain my future
goals and can reach at a unique position in my life. The role career growth and advancement is
important in bringing more and more opportunities. This has intended to bring confidence in me
that will groom my overall personality. The personal development would automatically affects
my growth for future as they are interrelated with one another. Thus I need enhance both of
