INTRODUCTION
Academic and employability skills are the different aspect of the career role and the
specified skills that helps to solve the different technicalities and develop the better path of
success. The employability skills defines the different abilities of an individual that states the
behaviours, belief, attribute, attitude and experiences that improvise the performance of an
employee. It is the different skills that are required to specify the talent and the skills that help to
promote the profitability of the business and the employees (Bhagra, 2018). The working
performance of the employees will get improvised with the help of these skills and it enhanced
the profit and development of the company. These skills will be gained as from the universities
and that study wills empathised by the continuous learning that will be achieved by the different
sessions that are conducted in the higher education. It is the skills that are more passive and more
generic that states that it is not defined for the specific for some relative job as it get affect both
technicalities and professionalism. The identification of these skills will make the candidates
more diversified by whom they could manage the different operations with lot more efficiency.
There are different skills as like communication, planning, controlling, organising, leadership
and other skills superior the different performance of the employee. It is the report that is based
on the reflection of the learning experienced of a student that is gained while completing the
B.com (Hons) and improvises the employability skills that helps to work in the higher level
organisation.
MAIN BODY
Reflection
I have completed my B.com (Hons) from the recognised college of London and it is the
University that is established in the year 1826. It is the university that provides the equal
opportunity to all the different people that are belongs from the different state or might be of
different religion. They have treated all the students equal and never discriminate them on the
basis of sex, colour, areas etc. Thus I have learnt a lot of positivism from there that all together
increases my skills and the talent as well. It is not fixed that a person could only learn the
professionalism from the college life there are several other things as well that improvised the
overall personality of each and every individual (Suleman, 2018). There are different cultural
programs as well that are conducted by the college in their own premise that develops the better

connectivity between the different people. As when I am pursuing my carrier in the University
and getting g graduate with the B.com (Hons) I personally feel that there are different factors that
got changes and that all integrated puts and develop a marketing and the financial skills. These
skills help me to make my carrier in that direction. As the time passes my interest will also get
developed and I personally start learning the different aspects that are related to the market
values and the finance as well (Cotronei, Baird, 2020). The university will offer the different
courses and all will have the better result with most experienced faculty. In all of that I chose to
pursue my carrier as in the commerce filed and start studying graduation in commerce. I don’t
have much of the knowledge I just have the basic concept and I know that if I will study with
best efforts of mine that I will easily got selected in the multinational companies and the whole
life will be set. After some period of time my interest has been shifted towards the behaviour of
consumer buying and thus I could try to understand the concept behind the purchasing power of
the customer and the supplier. Thus I start finding my carrier as the marketing manager and the
consultant in the well known firm as I have a huge knowledge about the marketing concepts.
Furthermore by completing the graduation in the B.com (Hons) I have developed the different
interest by pursing the life by gaining the higher education. That is something that I have gained
from my college but we all have the different life as well and from that the interest towards the
purchasing power will get urbanized. I also watch the TED talks shows as well and from their I
get influenced a lot and by which the I got attracted towards the different channels as from which
the products and the services will get delivered in the market. These are the different activities
that develop more versatility in me and enhanced the adaptability and employability skills that
make everything so easier to get my future more balanced.
I could develop the different skills in me that help me to understand the different
prospects of different peoples in a systematic manner. It helps me to make much more
negotiation while influencing the behaviour of the customers and supports to emphasis the profit
ratio of the company. It develops the different skills as like the listening and speaking abilities by
which I could develop the different skills of mine that makes me more comfortable while getting
connecting with any of the people (Cottrell, 2019). As from these skills it is easy for me to get
developed the different skills by which I got developed the coordination with the different people
with more effortless. It also helps to measure the higher success in my life by achieving the
success with the company with the continuous period that helps to maintain the higher

sustainability. It enlarges the analytical skills as well by which they analyse the better
information that has been collected from the different sources. That all will help me to make the
brighter future in the marketing and the finance related by which I could gave my best to the
company as well. The marketing management helps me to make and develop the effective
outcome of the marketing by which the sales and the purchasing power of the buyer and the
suppler will get enhanced by which the company gets the higher benefit. On the other hand the
financial management helps to manage the different sources by which they could develop the
better cash flow of the company. It gets a lot of advantage to the company and thus they get
developed the sales and the profit ratio of the business (Felea, 2018).
In addition to this except the communication skills will help to enhance the teamwork of
the employees as it imparts more clarity and better connectivity in between the different
members of the team. I also learned this from my university there are different operation that I
have gained as from the different programs that is performed within the team. As in the college
we all have to make the better communication so as to develop the better outcome and
accomplish the target within the effective period of time. It has been done by using the different
appropriate techniques by which the desired outcome will be achieved that is more beneficial for
the students as they learn the time management from there. It gets improvised the skills of
getting recruited from the much best companies as the skills will get sharpen and helps to work
with more perfection. I also get learned to work in the diversified environment in which people
belongs from different areas and by getting the same surround in the university I am getting used
to of it. I will manage the team and the other with more harmony and also control the different
diverse situations with more softness and it builds more patience as well. I am also not perfect
thus I will also get frustrated when different people work with different opinions. In order to
convince them it takes lot more compatibility and balance and to overcome from this I have to
gone to the mentors and taking some consulting session. As from that I get learned the different
factors as to be calm first and solve the different situation with more comfortless. It was done
while designing the different strategies and the different techniques in order to manage the team
by reducing the different conflicts (Nisha, 2018).
As by completing the gradation I have learned how to solve the different problems in
more effective manner and that develops my working skills. It develops the innovation, creative
and unique skills in mine and changes the thinking process in which I accept all the changes with

more positivism and to overcome the different issues with more flexibleness. These all are the
different skills that develops the wider adaptability and employability skills that is important
while working in the company. There is the huge completion in the market thus to get
differentiate from the others it is required that individual has some differ skills and style. These
skills help me to think differently and to behave as well by which I could gain more success in
my life by marinating the sustainability as well. With the help of the problem solving skills I
could manage the different uncertain conditions by applying the marketing and financial
solutions. It helps me to manage the different budget and allocate the better sources as
appropriate places and its benefits will be gained by the company. By making the financial
statements I could try to make better influence the investor by which they could make their
investments in the company that furthermore grow the business at larger scale and also helps to
expand the business in international level (Osmani, 2019).
. I also acquired the lot more information that help to make better planning and it support to
synchronised the detail working in proper manner. I will use the models as like the work break
down and the Gantt chart as well that helps to reduce the complexity of the work. I have dealt
with the different uncertain conditions by reading the books and some online lectures as well by
which I could build more calmness and balance within my work.
It is the reflection that is very much easy for me to get analyse the different past
performance of mine and improvise the experiences as per comparing the different performance
in order to develop more skills. I have used the reflective cycle of Gibb’s that is established by
the Graham Gibbs in the year 1988. He states that learning is the ability that has been raised by
gaining more experiences. It is a model that is used to reflect the different work skills of al that
could affect the personal and professional life. It is used to motivate the employee in effective
manner and that is depending on the basis of their performance (Scott, 2019). It includes the
what, when, where different activities get involved the people in order to develop the experience
and the skills as well. It includes the feelings, evaluation, analysis and conclusion in its cycle and
it is analysed while I am pursuing my B.Com. (Hons). It helps me to analyse the employability
skills that is more helpful to get recruit in the best organisations. It helps to gain the better
achievement in life in future by implement the theoretical and practical capabilities. As from this
I will analyse the different loopholes in my previous performance and get learn from their and try
to not repeat that in future period of time.

CONCLUSION
It has been concluded from the above report that I have developed and gained the
different personal and professional skills that helps to attain the higher academic learning. As I
got the best result in mu graduation and it imparts more talent in mine that increases the
academic and employability skills. These are the different skills that help to get selected in the
big organisation where I could further implement different techniques of mine. These are more
important in my life by which I have work with different approach to dealt different situations.
