INTRODUCTION
Moving from the academic to the professional life, each and every individual needs
different types of skill which they require. Learning is the process which requires the focus from
the individuals. Experience and skills are the both helps in defining clearly that which one are the
major requirements which is needed for the personal as well as the professional growth. Along
with the academic career, professional career is also very important and requires the continue
learning of different types of skills. Different types of the skills which needs to be learnt for the
growth which can help in the future and gives you the high benefits in your personal and
professional life (Kim and et. al., 2016).
REFLECTION
Explaining the skills which is developed as a learner during the module along with the example
Each and everyone needs to focus on their individual goal and their objectives which can
leads them to continuously growing the skills which is required in the specific field in which they
want to work in future. In my learning stage I have analysed that there are different skills which
are need to be learn which can help me out in my future as well as in the present time for the
personal and professional life. Communication skill is the one of the best required skills which
are important for each and every individual. Communication refers to the path or way in which
the information or the data travels form one person to another one. The importance of the
communication skills to not to lost the information in the mid path. According to me, I need
some work on the various things like speech, vocabulary, body language, sound, listening, pitch
and many more (Trespalacios 2016). I have learnt that these are the one which needs to learn for
the effective communication. I have taken participation in many activities in my class in which
the reading was the important factor which helped me in making my vocabulary strong. In this,
teacher were so helpful in guiding me to get appropriate in such learning. For the better
communication there is need for the proper listening skills which can help in understanding the
matter which about I need to say or to communicate. Communication never says about the
explaining the things which I need to deliver, it also involves to get the information in the proper
manner which give the right information. For this, I have given and listened many presentation
which helped me in increasing the listening skills in this, there were many queries which was

through the audience and listening to their answer also helped in improving the listening skills
(Rayner and et. al., 2016).
For improving the management skills, I have started to take the responsibilities in class,
which can be helpful and effective in the future when I will need to manage things as the
professional. There are many theories in management like Tuckman's team development theory
and Belbin's team role models. Such theories can help me out in understanding the team
development in the effective framework. This helped me in the class team work and can also
help me in the professional way when I will lead any team. Leadership is also one of the
important skill for the personal and professional time because this can help me in leading any
team as a team leader (Magliaro, J. and Munro, S., 2018). I have also managed the team in my
class during many activities which were held as the extra curriculum work. There are different
types of leadership styles which I need to learn which can help in the future. Situational
leadership is said to be the great way for a leader. In this, effective leadership style is allow to
change as per the situation which can be said as the survival. There is no need to get stick on the
given agenda which says that to change as per the situation required. In such way I can build
many skills and the development is there which is experienced during completing my degree in
the university.
Explaining the approach for future challengers and the expectations of the university course
There are many challenges which I will be facing in my future. There are many
expectations which is form the student to the university. So, one is needed to be good in the
formal communication. I have needed to work on this stage and also need to learn the time
management for manage all the subjects which were there in my course. The courses were very
flexible which creates the many differences in the external environment. The are number of
different changes in the courses which student need to full; fill the d3emand so the flexible along
with in quickly manner which is to adopt in the change in the teaching methodology. Such
changes are also required in the online classes due to the pandemic situation named COVID in
which everyone of us need ot manage the physical distance (Mukminin 2019).
Due to being good in the class, teacher or lecturers had many expectation form me. They
expected to make the presentation and many projects which created the great ability to work on.
In relation to this I have started to share such information with my own friends which helped me

CONCLUSION
From the above reflection, it can concluded that in the learning process is the need for the
individual for the better future which should be in continue manner. To develop the skill, each
and every individual needs to learn the skills in the continuity. It is necessary to analysing
yourself continuously about your stregth and weaknesses which will allow one in different
chances for growth and development professionally along with personality in upcoming future.
