EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report had highlighted the different skill and knowledge which had been developed by me
with the help of the module completion in the University. After that the report has highlighted
the different way through which the different issue and the challenges of the future which can be
defended by me in the University.

Task 1 how and why i developed as a learner during this module
Module has helped me in improving variety of the knowledge regarding the different aspect of
my personal and professional skill, which was not known by me in the past this has eventually
helped me in evolving myself as a human being.
Good environment was the biggest source which has helped me in improving my
learning during the module in the University. As in the university there was an atmosphere where
we always we always find it easy to understand the different topic in the University. Also it was
easy for us to interact with the other student in the University which eventually help me in
understanding the topic in better way with the help of the other in the University. (White, Kross
and Duckworth, 2015).
Soft skill development: University has helped me in developing the variety of the soft
skill also as professor in the University not only used to provide us with the teaching but at the
time also helped me in improving my soft skill, which may help me at the time of any
professional commitment.
Communication: This is the another skill which was developed by me during the module
in the university. As during the module I was drive to communicate with the professor on the
regular basis and also used to communicate with the different classmate. This has helped me in
improving the efficiency of the learning in the University. Module has also helped me in having
the information regarding the different type of the communication. As I used to communicate
with the professor in the University with the help of the different communication tool that is
email, letter and verbal communication.
Culture knowledge: It is one of the most important knowledge which was gained by me
in the University. As during the module there were many student in the University whom used
to belong to the different cultural background. Module has asked us to interact with the student
on the regular basis to achieve the objective of the Module . This has helped me in getting the
information about the different cultural knowledge. Also, has helped me in developing my
interpersonal skill as well as during the module I was require to interact with the different
supervisor and the authority on the regular basis.
Time management: This is the another skill which has been developed by me during the
procedure of completing the module. As I used to have the coaching after the university. It has
always drive me to work faster and efficient in the University to complete the task on the time.

Professional skill: Module has not only helped me in gaining the academic knowledge
to carry out the different task. At the time it has also helped me in improving my Professional
skill as well because with the help of the module I was able to understand the different aspect of
the professional skill which can help me at the time of Job. Professional writing and leadership
skill is the example of the same.
Task 2 Reflections on how to approach future challenges and expectations of university course
There are many different challenges and issue which are faced by the student in the
university and for the sake of overcoming the same student used to use the different knowledge,
skill and resources in the University. At the same time there were many issues which will be
faced by the student in the future and they used to make themselves ready to overcome the same
with the ease in the future (Kim and et.al., 2019). So there are some way through which I will
approach to the different challenges and expectation in the future.
The biggest expectation which was from my university from was that how efficiently the
student of the university can use the technology in the future to have a good and the efficient
learning. This has ask me to change the variety of the things in my self to gain knowledge about
the technology. As a result I started looking to learn the different knowledge with the help of the
better project and the computer which will eventually help me in defending the challenge in
better way in the future and it will also help me in getting the better idea about the future
technology which will be used in the study.
For defending the problem like the interaction and the trust factor among the student in
the University. University has to make sure that they used to organize the different session and
conference in the University so that with the help of the same I am able to interact with the
different student. This will help me taking the help of the student who is expertise in the area of
the issue which is faced by me in the future.
Communication: It is the another good way through which the different issue of the
future can be defended by me in the University. University has to make sure that they installed
the different structure in the University so that with the help of the same I can communicate to
the different professor in the University. This will eventually help me in having the better and the
clear idea about the different doubts which may be faced by me in future.(Koopman and
Hakemulder, 2015).

CONCLUSION
After going through the above report it has been summarized that with the help of the module in
the university I am able to learn the variety of the skill as University has provided the variety of
the resources and task to develop the same. After that the report goes on to summarized that there
are many challenges which will be faced by the student in the future but with the help of
communication or technology use student can defend the challenges very easily in the university.
