INTRODUCTION
Preparing for success at the university level involves interactive web learning
through which students gain the advance knowledge as well as skill in order to gain the
clarity about the interest area and build desirable career (Suharna, 2012). Participation
in terms of delivering effective knowledge generate the confidence and creativity
amongst students based on which they become self reliant to constantly develop their
ability and exploit the future opportunity effectively. Academic preparation is basically
the foundation for students as they avail the knowledge and groom their personalities by
working in their weakness. Diverse activities are designed to prepare the students so
that they gain immense success and work effectively in diverse situation by coming up
with desirable solution. This report comprises of summary on E-portfolio and different
pieces of work that helps to generate the new skill through the hard-work of individual
by maintaining consistent performance and helps in future growth and development.
MAIN BODY
E- Portfolio refers to the digital portfolio that comprises of all the files, document
and input of the user that helps to record the learning output and become an actual
evidence to carry out the future improvements. These learning plan demonstrate
learning plan of an individual throughout their academic performance that helps in the
self analysis based on which the abilities are continuously improved by managing
learning record. It helps to generate the awareness and helps in developing the strategy
in order to maintain the successful career. Self analysis is the most important tool that
helps the individual or student to strengthen their capability so based on E-portfolio
platform helps to access the record of the past and existing work and reflect self
learning. It delivers the opportunity based on which student gets various occasion on
which they can discover the methods to improve their career and identify their interest
area based on their consistent performance (Kobbernagel, 2014). This is the better tool
to carry out introspection and helps in directing the way by which specific career can be
e maintained by discovering desirable interest on the basis of whole learning program.

On the basis of my learning plan my portfolio comprises of different it works that helped
me to boost up my knowledge and lead to continuous growth and development. Fields
on which I have worked are illustrated below:

These pieces of work determined the field on which I am mentally work
throughout my learning program and help to bring significant change in the perspective I

knowledge and become useful in terms of generating diverse thinking ability in order to
improve my studies as well as career. Although it took me time to improve certain skills
like research skill and presenting the information amongst the viewers, even if I had
desirable content it took me time to transmit the information effectively without
hesitation. But the E-portfolio assisted me to review my performance due to which I
generate the determination to improve my module by working on certain skills which will

which I gained adequate information which was efficient for me to bring out favourable
changes in my career. Furthermore, skills like communication, team work, note making,
sentence formation and time management have enlighten my knowledge based on
which I have not only maximized my potential but also derive better understanding in

career ahead.
Work one: Reflective learning
It refers to the state under which after gaining desirable learning and knowledge
about the suitable topic or course my professors set up respective piece of work in order
to analyze the individual opinion and clarity in deriving out the meaning (Balaban, Mu
and Divjak, 2013). Here I was supposed to write about the topic that I have learned
which acts as a mental exercise because I was supposed to think about the previous
topics and classify the whole matter effectively. This resultant into a useful way for me
that assisted me to retain most of the knowledge that I gained in academic learning
programme perhaps leads to developing factorable experience.
Work two: Time management skill
Time management skill basically works to carry out the significant performance of
an individual or organization within stipulated time period. To enhance the productivity
and profitability it is vital to perform individual performance by avoiding future delay or
changes of procrastination. Such piece of work generated the capabilities in terms to set
the priorities on the basis of importance or urgency and accordingly I managed to
allocate the time to diverse tasks. This uniformly helped to focus on different subjects
even I gained interest on those subject which I used to avoid studying. Consistency and
effective management of time can offer me the advantage to develop me being a
business manager.

Academic reading and writing is not only confines till studying the matter or topic
and writing about it to preview detail understanding. It involves diverse layer of elements
which include asking questions, interpreting the meaning, generate understanding
amongst the diverse topics through flow chart or by preparing notes as well as
constantly refine the detail knowledge. Working on such abilities is widely essential in
higher education due to which I prefer reading whole research, handout and any other
informative areas that can generate comprehensive thinking in order to develop suitable
career.
Work four: Research skill
Research is an importance aspects which works well in different area while both
existing business as well as entrepreneur carry out research in order to derive out detail
insights about subject (Amabile and Pratt, 2016). I in my higher education decided to
work on research skill in terms to better maintain desirable growth and give favorable
direction to work. I come to know about the basics like methods of data collection,
process to develop the questionnaire and so on. This is the core functional method
based on which I am too in the state to carryout out research in future.
Work five: Team skill
Team work enhances the potential and capability of the individual as it comprises
of coordination and cooperation based on which student can effective bring transition in
their performance by learning more and remain motivated o function effective. I choose
to work in group so that I build self confidence and fearlessly put forward my opinions
during group discussion. It really taught me to handle the chaos and maximize
productivity that can help me in my corporate life where I in various tasks need to work
with people having different state of thinking.
Work six: Construction of sentences
It is essential to frame the sentences by using proper tenses and punctuation
marks so that reader can effectively understand the written data or information
(Mumford, Giorgini and Mecca, 2013). I used worksheet and constantly read it to gain

better knowledge about grammar in terms to minimise the chances of mistake or error.
Along with that I constantly revise the rules so that it retains in my memory and
subconsciously I can use it while performing my task. Learning acts as a desirable way
that can not only prove beneficial for further studies but can too enhance my writing and
pronunciation abilities.
Work seven: Listening ability
At times value is not given to the listening that less likely act as a good
beginning, so under various modules I actually try to understand what professors is
expecting us to do. In case of confusion I prefer in directly having one and one
communication to avoid the possibility that can affect my performance. This has helped
me to improve my learning record as works are carried out in desirable manner. In
future while dealing with other team member, manager as well as customer I can better
address the situation by maintaining effective relationship.
Work eight: Presentation skill
Preparing and delivering presentation is essential not for the higher education but
also in my career where I will be asked to work on the project and present it in front of
the other managers. This helps in developing the confidence and communication skill
based on which I can boost up my knowledge and communicate my opinion without any
disturbance. Based on this skill I focus to maintain the tone of voice, body language,
informal thinking as well as appropriate body posture to maintain the foundation and
strong base in my career.
Work nine: Communication skill
Communication skill is one of the most desirable skills that students develop
during academic learning while participating in different activities like delivering
presentation is one of them. It leads an individual to effectively convey different type of
information or messages without any confusion (Cunningham, 2013). Amongst other
learning I posted it in my E-portfolio because working on such skill can give me

Work ten: Critical thinking
Critical thinking involves the creative thinking ability under which all the essential
information is filtered based on which relevant information can be seek from the
abundant ones (Eynon, Gambino and Török, 2014). Here valuation is made on the
basis of both positive and negative aspect that deeply helps to analyze the posting
information in the higher education. This has enormously made it easier for me to grab
the desirable information and apply it to better perform the modules within higher
education. Rather than generating bias opinion I give value to deep learning and
understand the subject from the perspective of diverse authors to suitably present the
text and signify my deep learning.
Work eleven: Mind Mapping
Mind mapping is one of the most effective tools that allow human brain to capture
the innovation by thinking beyond the boundaries. It is the sophistication way by which
all the information are structured to derive out better understanding about the concept.
During my learning programme and I kept on thinking about the concept until and
unless I connect the thinking ability in order to reach out most desirable solution.
Throughout the academic programme I immensely focused on this piece of work
because of its deep relevance in terms of building my desirable career. It generally
began from the basic concept and then with the help of visual figures or deep written
classification I can apply my whole learning and skill to think out of box and land up in
deriving significant thinking ability.
Work twelve: Note making
Note making is the part of higher education under which value is given to
divergent thinking by better analyzing the topic. Note making makes it easier to retain

the knowledge gained from different subject and constantly review it for better analysis.
Once the lesson or topic gets complete I prefer making notes of it which helps me to
gain diverse knowledge and maintain academic writing. This is the useful way to
constantly perform good in higher education system.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been analyzed that academic learning is the
foundation of education system that prepare both student and employee for present as
well as for future. This updates the existing knowledge and internal creativity due to
which unique perspective is generation to deal with the problem and gain the upcoming
opportunity potentially. Hence, by enriching diverse working platform student can drive
out better understating and build successful career in their respective interest areas.
