Assessment 3:
Specific roles and responsibilities of project manager and procurement manager
including in supplier development as part of completions effort or throughout the
project life cycle
The role of the project manager in this case for developing the English National
Stadium Project at Wembley would be the necessary handling of the project according to the
requirements of the organisation for certifying the IT security system along with the
information assurance discipline (Panda & Sahu, 2015). All the parts and parcel of the
privacy laws and regulations, accounting systems, detection of fraud and insider threats and
acceptor needs to be analysed by the project manager after the project completion to
understand if there are any kind of requirement for further supply of services or products
required from the vendors or the suppliers.
The management of integration for the development and detection of the project also
needs to be done by the procurement manager which includes the determination of the scope
of the project which has been done before and the association of the endurance of all the
proper documents as described in the above sections (Sanghera, 2019). The project manager
should be able to complete all the works about the documents from the side of the vendor and
the organisation with proper evaluation of the documents with proper techniques for selecting
the vendors and also evaluating the deliverables as per the contract made.

assurance for the entire organisation, which is related to sporting events needs to be done in
such a way that the procurement management program mitigates all the potential risks that
might occur (Pheng, 2018). The full life cycle of the project procurement plan firstly needs
recognition so that the business understands how the information security management is
required within the organisation and all the employees need to understand its internal and
external sources. next the business procurement plan would identify the specific means that
the organisation would require along with the rules and regulation as per the legislative
measures of the country in which the organisation is settled in, that is Australia. The options
for the sources also need to be required in this manner in the next stage since the single
source cannot be used and drained out for the procurement management, therefore it is
required that more vendors are contracted to find out what the probability of the resources
can be provided (Peltier, 2016). After the sources are determined, the price and contract need
to be set with the people associated with the supply chain management and organisation after
which the purchase order need to be made next. The delivery, expecting and documentation
off the inspection of purchase is need to be done as the last leg of the procedure along with
the inspection of the receipts that has been exchanged throughout the supply chain
management for the development of the English National Stadium Project at Wembley.
