From the schedule, it can be seen that the project could not be completed within the mentioned
deadline that is April 3, 2020. Hence, G&E should not pursue this contract as there is a penalty
clause of $250,000 per day for the delay that will be caused beyond the deadline. Thus, the project
will eventually be a failure and G&E will be at loss rather than receiving profit from the project.
The purpose of the project will not be fulfilled due to delay as the stadium will be used for the 2020
season.
